I think the food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. In the years we’ve been going there, rarely does any staff member say thanks. Until now I’ve ignored their very obvious lack of appreciation towards customers, but today was the last straw. The woman who helped me was so rude that I decided I’m done with them.
I am sure the food is good, but I will pray that new owners will take over this bagel place because I can't stand the owners who run this place and I pray for bad things upon this bagel place
