“I deliver David’s bagels their Tropicana drinks and have to say they are the nicest people. Paula and Javier treat you so well and so does everyone else behind the counter. You can tell this is THE SPOT for a lot of people and it make sense. Their food also comes out piping hot and amazing I’ve gotten a TEC with hash browns it’s the best. Good vibes I highly recommend“

“My new favorite bagel shop/deli in Rockland County! Perfect location, wife/husband owners are both lovely people, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely good people. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffees, etc. are all always fresh and delicious! Location itself is light, airy, good and energy and decorated adorably for February/Valentine’s Day! It’s always a hit and never missing each time I stop in! Definitely worth my recommendation!“

Delicious!! Perfect texture and so tasty! Also bought the cheddar bagel, I'm so looking forward to having soon. I was pleasantly surprised with the vast number of foods they offer, from deli to hot prepared meals and more. “Perfect location with a municipal parking lot next to the cafe. GCBC bagels are as close to the bagels I grew up eating in Forest Hills. They are soft but slightly chewy. Perfect texture! When I go early in the morning after they've taken them out of the oven, I don't even ask them to toast it. Sometimes I have to wait in line because they're busy but that's a good sign. There are regulars who come every morning and read newspapers while having their bagels. It's a neighborly place with excellent bagels.“

“I was just served the finest everything bagel with butter that I've had in years, maybe even decades! Hot, slight snap on the outside and baked to perfection on the inside. A nice size but not overly doughy. It brought a tear to my eye and will haunt my dreams when I have to go back to Texas. My new go-to whenever I visit home in Rockland!“

“Probably the best bagels in Clarkstown if not Rockland County as a whole. Great staff who is friendly, good value, and great all around cleanliness. My only suggestion to customers is consider calling them in advance because at times they can get a decent line due to popularity during the morning rush. Keep up the great work!!“

“From the minute I stepped in, I was already greeted and asked if I needed help. I was not sure what I wanted at first, when I asked them to give me a minute, they made sure I was aware they would wait and they are available whenever I am ready. After looking at the breakfast sandwiches, I eventually decided to go for the Cobra Kai (BEC, Chicken Cutlet and Hash brown). It was beyond amazing, I asked for SPK and they put on just the right amount, the eggs were not dry or anything. I also accompanied it with an iced coffee, their cubes are made out of coffee! They handed me the cup and explained to me that there are many flavors and I can make them to my liking. Which I rather do myself than have anyone not do it to my liking. All in all, good experience would definitely recommend“
