“I stumbled upon this place while doing laundry and saw they made smoothies. Boy am I glad I walked in here. The employees are super nice and offer free samples. I could spend thousands of dollars in this store stocking up on supplements. I think they are more affordable than vitamin shoppe also. I come here now after yoga everyday and always while I'm waiting for my laundry. I love going to the laundromat now!“

“We went to The Park Avenue Grill on a whim. The food was absolutely outstanding. It was "chicken night, and the cutlet was lightly breaded topped with delicate salad greens. We chose the penne ala vodka sauce. The penne was cooked perfectly and the sauce was unbelievably tasty. We can't wait to go back for brunch. There is seating inside, two small tables out front and a "back yard" option. Don't miss this gem in Amityville.“

“The man behind the counter is always there when I come in, he recognizes me sometimes which I love. He's so sweet and has conversations about how the store is and how the east Islip location is. The smoothies and teas are all great and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who goes to the gym or is just on the run with no time for a meal. They have so many to choose from too.“

“I wish I jumped on this bandwagon earlier than last week. I used to do my own meal prep, but eating the same thing multiple days a week got old, along with the shopping, cooking, and juggling two toddlers. Pricepoint- I work in Brooklyn- try finding a healthy meal for under 10 dollars. Also break down the time to drive to the supermarket, shop, prep, cook, put in containers. With that being said, I feel the price is reasonable. Quality- everything I ordered was very enjoyable and didn't regret any dish I picked. My only complaint- a few of the dishes had undercooked rice. Awaiting my next order and many more. Game changer for me.“
“Just got delivery for the first time: Diabetes Helper, Cholesterol Buster and the Spinach Lentil Soup. The juices were on point. The Soup though was on another level of deliciousness. I woke up feeling like crap today and this soup gave me an instant attitude adjustment. Chock full of spinach and carrots and lentils. Flavor explosion. It's legit. Looking forward to trying other items.“
