“Our group of 15 was able to get a spot at a hibachi table on a Tuesday night. Service was impeccable! Our server was around multiple times to make sure our drinks never went empty. Our entire group was served salads and soups in unison. Both sides of the table had individual hibachi experiences. Food was delicious! Well seasoned, a little on the salty side, but steak, chicken & shrimp were cooked perfectly. They also accommodated multiple checks. Very impressed with entire experience.“

“We have ordered out here 3 times. For the first time we actually stopped in and dined there. The service was amazing, the sushi is fresh and professionally prepared. The ramen is flavorful and I found myself making noises everytime I took a bite. They have many food options, and everything is customizable to your liking. It has quickly become our favorite spot in the area. Highly recommend the spicy Tonkotsu ramen with steak. We will be returning.“

“My fiancé and I needed a late lunch after a long day of shopping, she’s not that big on sushi but I was craving it and saw the good reviews so I gave it a shot!

My point with the intro is I kinda had higher expectations from the start. In fact my gut (figuratively, not literally) tells me this is a 3 star spot. But after looking at the facts I can’t find a real reason to rate it lower than a 4

I will say you get bang for your buck here. Over 10 pieces of sushi for under 10 dollars? And it’s decent? I really like wegmans sushi but this is almost a better deal. But I have some gripes.

Is it fresh? I believe it to be. But is the quality there? I’m not so sure. I got the “spicy” salmon rolls. The salmon was mushy and a little sus. But I feel fine after eating it, so it might just be really cheap salmon. It also was not even remotely spicy. Not even a little kick. And wasabi comes with all the sushi so I shouldn’t have to add that if you’re gonna call it spicy.

It’s a good deal, and I’d probably try one of their other many products next time to see if it’s any better. I don’t wanna knock it too hard they’re doing a pretty decent job“

“I really don’t understand why this place is like 2 stars with some terrible reviews. I had some extra meal swipes that I know I won’t be able to finish if I didn’t get some extra meals throughout the day. So I went to this sushi place, because I love sushi, and I had to give it a try. So I the shrimp tempura roll. Obviously it wasn’t made fresh, and it wasn’t the best sushi I’ve had. I’m from New York City, been to many big cities, and many sushi places. So it’s pretty hard to make “the best sushi” for me, especially if it’s not made fresh. But the sushi is still very good! The lady even told me to take a water with my meal since the sushi was $9 and the water would bring it up closer to the meal swipe max. Amazing experience, definitely looking forward to eat more often there!“

Extensive selection, fresh, thoughtfully prepared menu with good prices, an excellent lunch special, courteous and attentive staff and a comfortable, relaxed environment. I've been going to ichiban for well over 7 years, and I have never been disappointed. Takeout is fast and efficient, sit down service never seems rushed. There are options to serve most dietary needs. All in all it is just an amazing little place.“

“Nestled in a small corner of a plaza in East Aurora New York is Touka Sushi. As you walk in you're greeted by the cheery sight of their aquarium which hosts several happy, curious and vibrant fish.
I order the Beginner's Combo and have had it with the salad and at other times, the onion soup. To me the onion soup is my favourite choice. It's flavourful and simple tasting in the best way. It's lovely and oniony but also has a light mushroom flavour as well.
Everything is freshly made to order and is of such great quality. The rich is never cold and is always very tasty and tender.
The fish is so fresh. I am so glad that I know about this place and always look forward to having their sushi.“

“The dishes we selected were very good with a very beautiful presentation. Aung was our server and helped us with just the right amount of care, including minor adjustments for my use of a walker. High recommendation for both the food and the service.“

“They are absolutely fantastic. I’ve never had tempura this good and perfectly cooked. I always order a tempura bento box for lunch. First time it was chicken and the second time it was shrimp. The best part is actually the tempura vegetables that come with it. The onion was like a Japanese onion ring and when you dip with the tempura sauce that comes with your order it is seriously delicious. My other favorite is the tempura sweet potato. I thought it was carrot and I was very pleasantly surprised when it was sweet potato. I love tempura sweet potato rolls so to eat it as just a tempura battered sweet potato slice was amazing. The sweet potato was cooked to perfection where it wasn’t undercooked hard but very soft. I also chose the tuna roll to go with it and I can tell the tuna is pretty fresh since it’s not bright red. Super bright red tuna usually means it’s pumped with a lot of carbon monoxide. That’s how fish is sold so it doesn’t look a little brown like it naturally should. Tuna doesn’t stay fresh very long and should be cooked and eaten as soon as you buy it.

It is also kid-friendly! I went with my baby thinking I’ll just go in, pay for stuff, and head to the next errand but he was so fussy. So I asked them if I could use a booth to feed him and they said yes. I started eating my lunch while I fed the baby with the other hand and I struggled to put everything back so I could leave since I only had one hand. The lady came up to me and asked if she could help and I said yes please. So she placed everything back in the bag and re-stapled it and I was so grateful for them going the extra mile. I unfortunately didn’t have cash to leave a nice tip so I hope this raving review will make up for it!“

She had went above and beyond and I say this with an understatement how she went out of her way countless times to occupy our two children.
