“We loved our food. It was hot and fast. The service was wonderful too, although I never received a drink refill. All staff were friendly and working hard. The prices were reasonable. Had a great time, however the music choice was a bit too heavy rock, fast and too loud for our liking. Looking around it was mostly families with small children so I didn’t think the music fit the environment. It was great seeing a restaurant filling up with customers. I would easily give this a 5 if not for the music.“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.“

“Best home made soup. burgers are served in a buttered brioche roll..cooked exactly to order. Dom makes everyone feel welcome. Great age range of diners from seniors to workers on lunch break to bar goers , etc. Check it out!“

“Ordered burgers, award wining pickle spice wings and Walter white pizza (with cauliflower crust) take out.

The staff packed up all the other food but just asked if we wanted to take the pizza to-go. Unexpectedly, they just handed us a box and left us to pack the pizza ourselves.

We suspected it might not be the cauliflower crust while we were packing it, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The receipt showed they charged us $23 ($20 for the pizza + a $3 upcharge for the cauliflower crust). However, it turns out it wasn't a cauliflower crust at all!

Very disappointing service there.

The wings were dry and disappointing. On the plus side, the Walter White pizza was really good with lots of cheese flavor, and the beer was fantastic! However, the poor service makes me doubt we will come back.“

“First time here. Made the trip up from Bingo to see Dave Porter of 805 fame. Friendly staff, good food, and the music was world class. The quintessential dive bar, and that's a good thing! Hope they have Porter back soon. It was a fun night.“

“Took hubby for birthday dinner in a blinding snowstorm from Moravia..was worth the white knuckles. Great atmosphere Megan( Red) made us welcome and got our drinks. Hubby had the steak and lobster($20 on Tues nites) awesome! I had the 12 os strip and fries($10). Never had it done so perfect!!( I like well and most char it) pretzel and cheese for dessert..lol and crispy but juicy wings were excellent! We will return its worth the drive!!!“

“The food was amazing, as usual. My only complaint is that the wait was over an hour and I had to go up to the window three times before the figured out my ticket was lost. But the manager did the right thing and gave me two beer tokens so at least the acknowledged their mistake and paid for it“

Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

We were starving obviously! Hillary got my order 100% correct and was super friendly! 25 minutes later the food was ready! When we got the food home and started devouring everything, all was prepared to perfection and tasted amazing! You now have 3 additional fans of your amazing food besides myself! Thank you all so much for making our hard day of work end so deliciously and making my difficult day so much easier come dinner time! ❤️“

“I ordered 20 chicken wings tonight that took 1 hr and 20 minutes to get to me and I live less than 5 minutes from then. I didn’t even received 20 wings that I paid for. Once I received them they were not edible. They were so burned and dried. I took them back and they would not give me my money back. They were disgusting. Never again.“

“Great food from a hard working Caribbean restaurant.I am from New York City where I've had Jamaican food from dozens of places so I have lots experiences to compare to.I am new to the area. I was driving down the street and noticed the sign for Jamaican food. I had to turn my car around because I love a good a Jamaican spot!I ordered curry goat which tasted just as I would expect. The meat was tender, the rice had a good texture and the sauce was spiced really well, not too spicy.The owner was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation.This will definately be my goto spot for Jamaican food.“

“SS Wings are, by far, the best wings, and drum sticks in the entire county. Also, the most consistent personal pizza I've ever had. 3 toppings,; pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions. I remember back in the early 80's when it was Sals Bird Land. As far as the OG is concerned, it's still, Sals Birdland incognito. Staff is great, prompt and professional.“

“Really great tasting fried chicken. I was hungry waiting for my wife’s MRI and walked down from Upstate Hospital and tried out their chicken tenders. The Krunchy Chicken is located in a small market. Employees were very nice and helpful. The chicken tenders were warm and actually quite tasty. I will go there again next time I’m looking for something to eat and I’m in the area.“
