They hustled the whole time, apologized multiple times for the delay (there wasn't much of one) and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude. We dined in, and as we ate a couple more workers arrived, but it's the two openers who deserved the kudos on this visit!“

“Update (Spring 2026):
I’ve now been to Vietnam and Ky Duyen is on par with some of the best I had there and is even better than some of them. They continue to be my favorite Banh Mi in the area.
Their iced coffee leaves something to be desired for my taste though unfortunately. A big part of this is my preference for white coffee (bạc xỉu) and the salted cream coffee (cà phê muối). My favorite combo is to buy a banh mi and drive down the road to the newly opened Wake Up for their salted cream coffee.

Update (11/7/2023):
Finally got to come back as I had the day off from work and could make it up before they sold out. Banh Mi is still great, though I found that I very much did not enjoy the cold cut option. I’ve now had 3 (BBQ Pork), 1 (Roasted Pork), and 2 (Cold Cut) and would recommend them in that order. BBQ pork was amazing, roasted pork was great, and cold cut had me questioning if I wanted to finish it. Not bad or gross, just completely not my taste/preference. I fully plan on being back in the future to try number 4 (shredded pork) so I can figure out which one is truly my favorite and future go to.

“I came for the first time with my friend after we saw the nearest Latin AND Chinese place were closed. The first good sign was a long line. Also, the staff was pretty familiar with the people ordering. That means it's a good local place. I had cheesy ranch fries, and a chicken Parmesan sub, my friend had grilled chicken with mayo and veggies, both of ours were heated. We also had mozzarella sticks. What a surprise. This was a really decent place. Food for a quick bite that fills you up for hours.“

“Sub was good, fresh roll and meat(I'm hoping) Kind of weird situation happened while there, but glad I wasn't served the meat. Wanted a Roast Beef and Pastemi sub, and a Pepperoni Sub. the gentleman said he didn't have any Pepperoni or Pastemi, pointed out a whole unwrapped Pastemi, he said "Oh Ok, we got some" We ordered my husband's Sub the Roast Beef/Pastemi Sub, while I was trying to figure my sandwich because i don't really eat Lunch Meat But the weird thing was, upon getting the Roast Beef, he took it out of the case, went the slice it and suddenly take it off the slicer and throw the whole piece of meat in the trash can. I said, "OK, we'll just have all Pastemi on that Sub. I guess I'm good being I don't eat Lunchmeat other than Pepperoni. My husband said the Sub was Good, It was definitely a Great Price, just hoping the meat was good, not out dated, i guess we'll soon find out. Friendly Service“

“Fabulous place! Delicious, nutritious food served quickly and with careful attention to detail. Friendly, welcoming, adept staff. A clean, neat store. Conveniently located on Erie Boulevard East with plenty of free parking. Unfortunately there are no public restrooms and water is not free. But on the whole, excellent!“

“Canadian here we were looking for American only restaurants… subway has been my fav sub for over 20 years- not anymore! “I always have the meatball marinara or the chicken teriyaki subs. They are amazing! I love the fact that you can build your own sub. This is the best way to curve your taste your way. Please Subway, never remove these items from your menu.

“First of all, I don't know what's up with these comments because IF you get something to eat in the Destiny USA Mall, you are either going to get Taco Bell, Chinese food, or, Pizza and/or Charley's Cheesesteaks. Charley's Cheesesteaks prices make perfect sense, and you can actually see them cooking majority of the food in front of you. (Mostly the meats). I usually spend less than 15 at this place for something that ACTUALLY fills me up with fresh, good quality ingredients. However, this is a popular choice in the mall so it might be a little packed. I LOVE going here. Give it a try!“

“It’s Subway, so you pretty much know the drill. Everything was fresh and made right—no complaints there. My kids ordered the plainest possible turkey and cheese subs like they’re on a mission to avoid flavor, and I went with the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, which is always dependable.
