“The customer service is okay I guess depending on who it is that’s serving you. I had a nice young lady serve me and acknowledge me as a customer. The only con I Can say is that there was no space to eat due to the uncleanliness of the seats and tables. They were dirty with food every where. Would have been nice to sit down at the restaurant to enjoy the delicious food that was greatly prepared for me. But other than that. My experience was great.“

“We absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A. They have the best chicken sandwiches and fries. We have been waiting for a location around us to open and when they did, we were very happy. This was our first time going and the service was spectacular. The person that took care of us there was Kenia. She was very polite and made sure our table was clean and that we had enough to drink. When you place the order through the app, you can scan the QR code on the table so the staff knows where to bring the food. And if you’re missing anything, you can ask someone for assistance, which we didn’t even have to do because Kenia was so attentive. Great service!

“This was an adventure! We were in Boston and realized we forgot to grab White Castle while in New York City, so we drove all the way from Boston to the Bronx late at night just to get some. It was absolutely worth it!

There was plenty of parking, and the location was easy to find. It was a bit odd that they had to let me into the washroom, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We ordered a clutch with the classic onion cheeseburgers, and they were fantastic — that signature White Castle taste hit the spot.

The staff, especially the lady who helped us, was incredibly friendly. When the sweet tea machine wasn’t working, she offered to get it for me herself, which was super nice. The food took a little time, but I didn’t mind since I could see the burgers being made fresh.

We also tried a chicken slider — not as good as the beef ones, but still decent. Overall, it was a great experience after our late-night drive. Five stars for the delicious food and friendly service!“

It actually wasn't bad at all.. I'm tempted to try it again. I actually wanted to try the spicy nuggets, but they didn't have any.“

“I was hungry and wanted a burger, nuggets and fries. When I was placing mobile order, I thought I am spending too much for lunch so, I just ordered Burger and 4 piece Nuggets. But I actually wanted fries too. I picked up, came to my car and checked, I saw my burger plus 7 piece nuggets and a large fries too. It’s not a big deal but that small gesture made me incredibly happy. And I kept wondering how he knew I actually wanted fries too. Anyway, meant a lot. Thank you brother.

Besides that, I love this Wendy’s. Always nice and clean, very nice people (an understatement). When I bring my 5 year old boy to this place, a staff gives him some toys or coloring stuffs. Although wait time can be a little long because of all the online orders they make sure you get your order in a meaningful time. Just avoid all the homeless people and beggars that plague the area. Once I ordered lamb over rice for lunch at 12:40 and it came out a little after 1:30! Not inflating truth one bit. When the guy says, "It'll be right out." That's a g--d@mn lie. But it tastes great.Oh yeah, don't order the fish, and don't trust the picture of the fish on the wall. They're selling fish sticks as filets.
