“This is one of the best Buffalo fish fry's in town! Fresh, delicious fish wrapped in light Crispy beer batter with crispy fries and fresh cole-slaw.
I live out of town and had been searching for the quality fish fry I remembered and so many times I was disappointed that they were soggy or overcooked.
The Rock does not disappoint!“

“I lived in Syracuse many moons ago and loved Tully’s back then. I since moved across the country but returned to Buffalo for a work trip.

It was a crisp, 40-degree night and just the atmosphere, food and beer perfectly embodied the memories of upstate NY.

The food was fast, delicious, beer was cold and of course the popcorn was great.“

“A Buffalo institution and one of my must visit place(s) if I'm in the area. Personally, I like the original Anderson's location on Sheridan (in Tonawanda) better than the other locations. But this one is not bad. Only got a twist of chocolate and vanilla custard this time but I've had majority of the items on the menu. The custard is always creamy and flavorful. Try one of the special flavors, like pistachios or strawberry, if they have it. You won't regret it and it's worth the calories.

“So the ice cream is expensive but somewhat worth it for the location. For homemade ice cream it's either here or sweet Jenny's ( which has more flavors) excellent home town place with a great vibe. Thier chicken tenders and curly fries are about the only food you will have know while eating here. Thier staff is always super friendly and great.“

“I hosted a baby shower at Magruders yesterday and everything was phenomenal! We had beef rollups, and baked chicken, which was beyond delicious!! Along with homemade mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, salad and rolls. Shannon was perfect from helping plan the event to making sure everyone was happy the day of party. “Vegetarian options: I have never had such a wonderful Burger than Burger Kings impossible Burger. It is amazing and you can get it as a Whopper (an impossible Burger Whopper). Tons of other things too. I love it there.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can always get your wheelchair in and out of the building, through the aisles and in the bathroom which sometimes is hard to do but not here. It is easy“

“I usually take a photo to add on here, but it was eaten before I got a chance to do it. Just moved to the area and I was out running some errands. This place is on the way back to the house and it was lunchtime, so I got a red hot with cheese to go, onion rings and a milkshake. Everyone was very polite and the food was delicious. “Aftsr having about every item on the menu this place was 5 stars. Very recently they have jacked up the prices and have started to give less food. Exoect less meat in the rice platters and gyros. Expect less sauce and less toppings on burgers and pizza. This place was a staple to the community and will slowly start to fall off.

2024 Edit: this place has gotten better and continues to stay as a staple in the community. Platters are mid, but the chicken sandwich and smash burger are really good.“

“My review is based on DELIVERY ONLY. So far I've had the chicken & rice bowl, the Korean fried chicken, the single burger, peri peri fries, the tenderloin steak sandwich, and the chicken sandwich w/spicy coleslaw.
If you're looking for something new to try I recommend the chicken & rice bowl. It definitely has some good flavor, and it can be a healthy option if you don't eat all the rice.
The peri peri fries are CRAZY GOOD! Occasionally, you get some overcooked/old fries, but for the most part they're on point. WARNING: be careful eating these if you have high blood pressure. Share them if you can.

I haven't had enough Korean fried chicken to say whether it's authentic or not. It's always fresh, but IMO it could use more seasoning.

All the sandwiches I had were good, but the chicken w/spicy coleslaw stands out as the best. Definitely give it a try.“
