“I've only had a handful of poor experiences here since the day they opened the (original) restaurant. I ordered the tuna sandwich as a melt, never had an issue before. this time, they (Tiffany) told me since I asked for it as a melt it would be $3.75 for a piece of lettuce on it, and another $3.75 for a tomato slice on each half of the melt. Both of which come on the tuna sandwich which is what's on the menu. (One would think they would only charge for the cheese, since it was asked for as a melt) The greek potatoes were over cooked mush, and I ended up taking them home, only to throw them out. Disappointing overall experience.“

“I ordered the open chicken souvlaki takeaway and it was amazing, fresh salad, delicious feta, the perfect chicken. Kudos to the chefs for the Greek taste. I am only a tourist in the area for one night, but I recommend the Olimpic restaurant. The food is served very quickly and well.

“Great service tonight, we had a party of 13ppl. Waitress was patient and kind. Food as always was great. The Waitress knew I wasn't fond of raisins so I got my rice pudding raisin free.“

This will definitely be a new favorite little spot to dine when looking for quick Greek or Lebanese cuisine. “After telling my fiance I wanted to go on a date, he picked Nana's in Alden to take me to. We love mediterranean food and let me tell you we were not disappointed!! This place by far is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. We live about 30 minutes away and drive here almost once a week now. The staff is incredible, too. “The fish dinner was awful.Very very nasty.The fish was fried hard on the outside and it was mushy on the inside.The fries were nasty too as if they were fried in grease that wasn't hot then taken out until the grease got hot,then put back in.In the past the fish was delicious.So I bragged to my house guest about the fish,only to be disappointed.So my guess is they hired a new cook.The Cole slaw was good though.I took one bite of the fish and fries and threw the dinner out.So did my house guess.It was a waste of my money.I will never order a fish dinner from here again.“

“Just got home from an excellent breakfast. I had the Meatlovers Omelet with Home Fries and a Pancake for $13. It was delicious and big. My wife got the Strawberries and Banana Crepes for $15. Everything was perfect. The server was friendly and quick. It was a bit loud due to the group of 5 hens cackling in the corner, but they were having a good time.

“Good evening! I could not go to bed tonight without acknowledging the fabulous service my two friends and I received at the Acropolis on Main Street. Our server Anthony C was outstanding! All three of us commented that we could not remember a time where we had such an attentive server that was also entertaining and gracious. You are blessed and lucky to have some like him on your team. We do a monthly dinner on Main Street and are already planning on coming back to Acropolis for our September dinner (if we can find out when Anthony C is working!) “I'm not sure why there seems to be a bunch of negative reviews because I really enjoyed the rice bowl with lamb gyro.It's a bit like Chipotle but with Greek style food.The staff was professional and courteous, the food was tasty and healthier than most other takeout restaurants.
