Just want to thank the manager young women with blonde hair for such great customer service. I had a issue and i never have a issue i called she literally drove to my job to drop me off a fresh sand which and some donuts I told her she didn’t have to do that and she still came here witch was so awesome i didn’t get her name but she was so awesome. Thank you so much
The regular employees here are fantastic however there is an older lady, i think shes a traveling person. Older with a red purse. I think her names Lori? Anytime shes at a dunkin location i noticed the staff seem stressed and things tend to get messed up.i also have observed her being very unkind to delivery drivers while waiting for my order.
