“This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳“

This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! “As a queer woman in America, with a disability and a service dog... there are many places in this world where I do not feel comfortable, accepted, or even tolerated- much less welcomed. Any time I want to stop into a new place, I get a stomach ache outside, wondering whether people who don't know the ADA, or who don't understand what it's like to be challenged in every doorway for your right to exist, are going to mess up my day. (If you're a person with a service dog, then you know what I mean.) Today, though, I stopped by Cafe Euphoria and finally went in to eat. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this place exactly as welcoming, warm, and fabulous as everyone had told me it would be. I had just had such a nerve racking morning. All I needed was to sit down worth warm comfort food, and not be bothered. A person in my situation can't take for granted that I can get such a thing in a public place. A lot of people wanna give me notes about the dog. I walked in with my dog, and no one treated me like a pariah or try to tell me I needed to show "papers" to exist in public. Instead, everyone was warm, friendly, and accepting! My dog and I are fairly new to each other. She is completely trained, both in her public access skills and in the tasks she performs to assist me. But in my experience, the whole first year together is really a time of learning to work together and work out any kinks in training. I discovered one today, when a burst of wind suddenly pushed open the door and began flapping papers hung near the door, at exactly the same moment that two guests suddenly stood up to greet each other right next to our table. My dog was surprised, and for a brief moment her training fell apart, with a sharp, brief, yelp of surprise on her part! This is a thing that can happen, even in a well trained dog - they're like people, and we all have our moments. But I've been in many situations where such a thing might have caused all the nasty, snarky little things being whispered around us suddenly get loud and blatant. Technically speaking, a business is not required to allow even a svc dog to misbehave in public, so they could have come over to get gate-keepy over that. (I was pretty embarrassed, as I've had a service dog for my entire adult life and I try to be more pro about it than that. I was actually prepared to just get up and leave, in case anyone was bothered.) But when I looked up, no one was giving me the hairy eyeball! No one was frowning at me, nobody was whispering accusations about my dog not being a "real" service dog. Instead, most people just went on with whatever they were doing, and those who met my eye just smiled warmly, full of acceptance and calm. The server even asked her name, with a bright and sincere smile. God, if you're not a person who is assisted by a service animal, you've NO IDEA both how rare and how special that kind of respectful acceptance can be. EVERYONE wants to patronizingly able- splain to me why they don't think they need to follow the ADA, why they don't think I've got the right to be there, or why they don't "believe," as though their beliefs should matter here, that my dog is really a service dog. This is such a relentless feature of my life that I am flooded with gratitude any time it doesn't happen that way. So much love to Cafe Euphoria! What a lovely, welcoming place. The food was DIVINE! What a welcome change from some of the other places I've been in this region. (Oh the stories I can, and prolly will at some point, tell about businesses not NEARLY this cool!) “I love 7 Brew and I love this location, but I was extremely concerned by what I saw during my most recent visit.

There were easily around 30 yellowjackets flying around inside the employees’ workspace. What originally caught my attention was watching one employee valiantly swinging at them while simultaneously trying to do their job. Once I looked closer, I realized just how many yellowjackets were flying around the employees. There were screen partitions in place, but at that point they appeared to be doing more to keep the yellowjackets trapped inside the workspace with the employees than actually keeping them out.

As a customer, it was honestly alarming to watch. Employees should not have to spend an entire shift dodging and swatting yellowjackets while trying to make drinks and serve customers. Aside from being distracting and stressful, there is also the very real possibility of someone being stung or having a serious allergic reaction.

This is a workplace safety issue that management/ownership needs to take seriously. Please get a professional exterminator out there and properly address whatever is attracting or allowing this many yellowjackets into the workspace. Having employees continue working under those conditions is unacceptable“

As a person raised on my German Grandmother's Spaetzle I can honestly say Amped's Spaetzle was unbelievably delicious! “I’ve given this place multiple chances because I genuinely like their coffee options and really want to like their matcha as well. Unfortunately, I leave disappointed almost every time I order one.

I recently paid $9 for a 16 oz cup matcha latte, and the drink was extremely diluted. They use 3 grams of matcha, which is essentially the bare minimum for that amount of milk. The result is a drink that tastes mostly like milk rather than matcha.

What makes it more disappointing is that if you want additional matcha, you have to pay extra. I understand charging extra for an upgraded portion, but when you’re already paying $9 for a 16 oz drink, I would expect there to be enough matcha for the flavor to actually come through.“

“So glad we stumbled into this lovely cafe in center square! We met the owner and her husband, both extremely kind and welcoming. We had a matcha and Turkish coffee which we both enjoyed. The pastries are homemade by the owner’s mother, the baklava and almond chocolate croissant were both delicious and fresh. We can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommend.“

“This is a really cool coffee shop, and their prices are great too!! I absolutely love their coffee and bagels, and I really love their soup. Their lattes are so amazing. And they get almond milk to foam a lot too. Most places can't do that. I try their special and seasonal lattes a lot, but lately I've been going a lot, so I got tired of the same amazing latte, so I tried the caramel latte, and Oh, THAT WAS GOOD. I've had a caramel latte before, but that one was SO good. I definitely recommend it. They do have a ton of options, I like to get the cinnamon raisin bagel with PB and J. It is really good. They have super good cream cheese here too. I definitely recommend that too. And the bagel sandwiches? 😋😋. I recommend getting the Mediterranean sandwich. I really love this place and hope you do too!!!“

“Great little spot in the middle of Albany. Espresso is good, bold and not too acidic. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant itself is clean and well maintained.Bathroom however was not super clean and did not have any paper towels. Also, all of the plants in the place look like they are dying and need some upkeep.“

“i am a customer at this location, and i came to see the reviews after there was a situation regarding cup writing (which is the new starbs policy) and another customer believed one of the workers wrote a rude message on the cup. due to the new policy, these workers have to work under pressure, which more or less will bring mistakes. they are rushing and messages tend to be misread. not only was the customer rude, but they didn't even want to hear an explanation! and may i also add that they were super busy? they are super nice, so for you to not understand that it was a mistake, you just wanted something to be mad at.“
