Donuts near East Greenbush

“This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳“

“Just want to thank the manager young women with blonde hair for such great customer service. I had a issue and i never have a issue i called she literally drove to my job to drop me off a fresh sand which and some donuts I told her she didn’t have to do that and she still came here witch was so awesome i didn’t get her name but she was so awesome. Thank you so much“

“A friend just gifted me a cinnamon vegan donut from ‘Bitching Donut’, OMG I am hooked, will definitely be making a trip there and soon. I was the best donut I’ve ever eaten.“

“Absolute delicious!!! We had Cider Belly be our wedding dessert and they were a hit!! Everyone loved all the delicious flavors and the beautiful display! Jen was amazing to work with from the beginning. They even put a special box aside for the newlyweds to ensure they also get so enjoy the yummy doughnuts!“

“Fantastic bakery with delicious, fresh baked goods. Small business with great, hard working people!!! Highly recommend Schuyler Bakery in Watervliet, NY!!!!“

“Rich and his crew are the best hands down. Always greeted with a good morning and a smile. Make it a point to stop here most mornings, hopefully someone from corporate can see how this crew works because this is how it should be doneRich and crew awesome job!!!!!!“

“You will get served fast and well here. While sometimes it may feel a bit uninviting, the people here are earnest and efficient. I could also not be the target for extra social interacting on the staffs behalf being directly across from a very active hospital, so lend some perspective when you stop here. Your sandwich will taste good.“

“I love that this is my neighborhood Dunkin! Friendly workers, fresh selection of food & donuts, attention to details, get my large orders correctly and clean environment. They also decorate so well for the different seasons, it's so cute. I love it!“

“A mis sobrinitos y a mí nos encanta DD, todo está delicioso y muy fresco, gracias DD“

“This is my favorite local Dunkin!!! The employees are so friendly and efficient and it brings me joy early in the mornings to go through a drive thru that's going to get me in and out quickly but also put a smile on my face!!! Great team at this location! 🧡🩷“

“The service is always good at this location. I think the coffee drinks are great, but the teas are even better. America really does run on Dunkin!“

“Huge line and service was extremely fast! Can’t say how much I appreciated this location. Only wish I had more cash on me to give a larger tip, next time I will be prepared. Thanks again you people are super!“

“This location was good, but it's a tight pull in on a busy street. Went inside to order it wasn't crowded, there was parking. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't mess up the order or the food, and it was clean inside. They have a new churro donut that's supposed to taste like churros, I guess, but it doesn't. It tastes like one of those old fashion cinnamon sugar donuts, except it has a fancy shape. Like, c'mon, dd you know dang well that doesn't taste like a churro. lol maybe if they had like a caramel drizzle on it ? then maybe, but yeah, no Anywho, it's dunkin donuts what else is there to explain.“

“Always great service an friendly employees“

“I drive through here five days a week to get my coffee and sometimes breakfast. All of the staff at the drive-through window are so sweet, very kind and very efficient. They have never ever gotten my order wrong. I used to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Clifton Park and it was terrible there so I love the colony location.@ and only come here on my way to work now! Great job to the management on hiring wonderful staff.“

“Customers losing patients when knowing full well this Dunkin’ is short staffed is beyond ridiculous. You live in the most privileged place in the world and you’re going to harass these hard working folks— who are trying to feed their families— because you’re a full grown adult acting like a child when told to go through the drive-thru??? Hope you feel good writing that letter of complaint, I bet you feel like a real man harassing those coworkers.“

“I’ve been going to this location to replace going to the location on Columbia turnpike for about 10 years now. They have ALWAYS been so friendly here, usually the ladies that work in this location are super friendly, happy to have a quick conversation and do anything they can to make your experience pleasurable. I can not thank this location enough for all that they do. Thank you ❤ 100/100 stars.“
