To Management/Owners of Dunkin Donuts;
Since you opened a shop in East Greenbush, New York I have purchased coffee. Everyday on my way to work on the weekends out shopping. At times 2-3 ex-large cups. At present I'm out of work due to a disability so friends bring me my coffee. This happens everyday they purchase 3 ex-large cups of decaffeinated coffee, extra skim milk with extra pumpkin swirl. FIRST I woukd like to thank the staff at the Valatie Dunkin Donuts on 9H for providing excellent service after my experience minutes before at the East grennbush Dunkin.
I had the worst experience at this place this morning, sad to say because normally no matter what, they give service with a smile. Most times I go there on my way to work, I have to have my coffee adjusted to taste right. I order it the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, stirred well, and a egg white...read full review

This is the 4th time this week I have gone there and had my order completely wrong!! Each time not even close..today I ordered a unsweetened iced tea with extra lemon...I was in hurry and didn't taste it..when I did..it was coffee...your store was always my favorite place to go..it seems now that nobody cares...I will not be returning to your store..as inconvenient as it is..the one down the road is much better
