“I have been getting egg sandwiches from 117 for a couple of years now. We already know that no one makes a better egg sandwich for multiple reasons BUT LET ME TELL YOU. I just got a chicken cutlet sandwich for the first time from them and i feel obligated to let everyone know it was HANDS DOWN THE BEST CHICKEN CUTLET SANDWICH I HAVE EVER ATE IN MY LIFE. This whole time i always got egg sandwiches and today for lunch i went with the cutlet sandwich. I still can’t believe how good this was, and i have tried almost every egg sandwich and chicken cutlet in the islips. I promise you there’s no one that makes them better.“

“Bagel are good!! Service needs an upgrade. Usually bagel shops have 2 lines so that when u just want a dozen bagels there is no need to wait for all of the deli orders to be taken and then rung up. Wait today was crazy ! I only wanted bagels to go. Everyone in front of me was ordering sandwiches or toasted bagels. I am thinking those items must be good too because of the crowd size.“

“I've been getting my salads from Lake Deli for many years. I use to live in Medford now in Bohemia. It's over 45 minutes round trip but this is the only place that has the best salads I've tried other Delis. Just not the same. “Went at 11AM on a Sunday. The parking lot was a puzzle of cars trying to get in and out and just parking anywhere they could. There was a minimal line inside. We had the steak, the chicken and the Cuban sandwiches. They were all AMAZING. The chicken and the Cuban melted my fat heart. I then ordered some to go for later on, since I live in Queens. I hope I'm out by this area again so I can order it again. Cash only, and don't look for cleanliness, just order and enjoy.“
