“The portion size is always perfect The food is cooked with avocado oil and the chicken and steak is always perfectly prepared . I work on the UES in the city and the food prices are astronomical . “Redefine meals is my go to meal prep places. They have meals to accommodate any diet, low carb, low fat, high protein, etc. The meals are delicious and the staff and atmosphere at the farmingdale location are awesome! I used redefine meals to help me weight cut for my last amateur fight when I competed in the LI Fight for Charity last November. I still use them weekly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend them!“

“Nutriwolf is in a strip mall on merits road right near the Bethpage state parkway. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and well lit, even smells good. The front of the store carries items like shelf stable workout supplements. The far left of the store has refrigerators with meal prep (pictured). The back of the store has shakes made to order as well as checkout.
I've had several visits to this location and enjoy the meal preps themeal preps the most. Almost everything I've had is excellent. I'm not 100% sure I agree with the calorie count on items. I'm also surprised for a health food, they would include white rice or white flour products instead of whole wheat or whole grain. Despite that, big thumbs up for flavor and most things are good sized portions.

“I’m here at least once a week, it’s the best açaí of the local places….not freezer burned, not sweet but not bitter either and the consistency is scoop-able and great. Been coming for years! The product is super fresh. Different locations have different products like lunch items, the smaller locations tend to focus on breakfast. They have a young staff all really nice. Highly recommend.“

“The owner was friendly and helpful with helping me find vegan d3. He even took 15% off for me, because he said it was a price comparison of some kind. I was confused but happy to be discounted. I also got 2 bags (full size) of beanfields chips for $4, which was a great deal. A nice assortment of vegan grocery items. Pumfu and Tofutti cuties stand out in addition to other vegan meats and treats. Worth checking out if you're in the area.“

The kale salad is creamy but no drowned in dressing, and the bowl with the two sauces was perfect. A much enjoyed break from fried food and heavy meals while traveling for work.“

“Pretty solid quality food and prepped just the way I like. Chicken is well seasoned but not over done, lamb is cut into fine pieces. Pita was nice and fresh.There are more options than the standard chicken and rice.It was my first time here so I hope the quality is consistent unlike most halal carts I frequent.“
