“We stopped in today to purchase some homemade bread. It was late morning and I was happy to see that most items were sold out for the day. The bakery had a couple loaves of white bread left, (we were looking for a certain kind), so we didn’t purchase any bread, BUT we purchased a bag of chocolate chip cookies. OH. MY. GOODNESS. The cookies are DELICIOUS. The bakery was clean and decorated so nice. The people behind the counter were so nice. We will definitely be back. I am so happy that we stopped in today. I am eating one of their chocolate chip cookies as I type this. 😍😍😍😍 Stop in and check this place out. 👍🏼”

“A perfect summer meal in a gorgeous garden - when we arrived we discovered their daily menu had few vegetarian options so we asked if the chef could make some simple grilled vegetable and instead he made 7 exquisite, world class veggie dishes - our server told us he took it as in inspiring challenge. while the beef and shellfish dishes enjoyed by half the table were perfectly executed (in facvt, the clam broth made we swoon in joy) the vegetarians were the winners (and graciously shared their summer bounty with the whole table)”

“Dropped my son back at prep school yesterday and stopped by here for the first time. I had a standard cheese pizza, and it was very good Greek-style pizza! My wife and son had cheeseburgers, and both enjoyed. My son ended up bringing back a pizza to school, and him and his classmates all enjoyed. Cool old school spot that is a cross between a diner and standard sit down restaurant. We will be back for sure.”

“We called for same day reservations and were pleasantly surprised to be able to get our requested time, especially for a friday evening. The weather was beautiful, and we contemplated eating outside, but they didn't have lights on their outside deck. But that wasn't a problem, as it was getting chillier out. We ran into some friends as we walked inside and were able to add them to our reservation since they had a 4 top available. Our waitress came right over and took our drink order. We ordered the 32 oz Cowboy Steak to share with a side of broccoli, and the other couple ordered the sesame encrusted Ahi Tuna Steak and the prime rib sandwich with au jus dip and fries. Everything came out perfectly done. We expected that our steak would have been thicker, after seeing pictures of it from previous posts, but it filled the plate. There was also a lot of fat to cut around. We ended up taking half of our steak home, but the other couple finished theirs completely. Because we made reservations, we both received complimentary chocolate mousse, which was delightful! We paired it with a nutty Irishman cocktail. We also took the 2nd chocolate mousse to go.The food is Always good at Jack Kellys. Very flavorful. Their soups are also very good, although we did not order tonight. The atmosphere is very casual, as it's a golf country club.”

“Lovr Dobys! Our family has enjoyed their subs for many years. My husband and I have also liked their southern friend chicken wings. Great service and will order out to my car. We always do take-out so can't speak to the inside dining experience. I do not understand the negative reviews!”
