“I've been venturing out and making a few new appearances at some more hidden local gems and stumbled across this place. After a side job I figured I'd grab a beer here. The bar was full. Apparently they have their fair share of regular patrons but it didn't stop anyone from inviting me in to pull up a stool and take a seat. The prices here were great. The staff were attentive and timely and the fellow patrons were so darn friendly they even went as far as purchasing me a drink. This afternoon I have plans to meet my cousin and show him what I've found. Stop by it's totally worth it.“

“Great place to enjoy a night out !! Great bartenders the girls are great !! Food is awesome as well great cooks and portion sizes.
Parking: Roughly space for 50-60 cars.
Wheelchair accessibility: Stone parking lot, possibly difficult for wheelchairs but no stairs or ramps needed to enter.“

“What a find in the Double Tree Hotel in East Syracuse, NY! We stopped for the night in East Syracuse on our way to Boston. We arrived late into the city and were looking for a place for a late-night meal. We lucked out with the find of the Season Tavern inside the Double Tree Hotel.Our first choice was the Salt City Smashed Burger. The burger arrived large with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on a Brioche Bun/Roll with fries. The burger was great and the presentation was very good.Our second choice was the Street-Style Fish Tacos. This treat arrived with Red Snapper, Napp slaw, Pico De Gallo, Cotija cheese, Chipotle Aioli, lime, and Cilantro. All of this was served on our choice of either flour or corn tortillas. We picked the flour tortillas. We had a choice of either a salad or chips as a side. We went with the salad. Just like the burger the tacos were great and the presentation was very good. We enjoyed our meals with glasses of wine which were appropriately priced.Once again, I wish Google would allow ½ stars. The Season Tavern is a solid 4 ½ stars. This was great bar food at a reasonable price. The service was over the top; thank you, Ms Kim! We don't travel this way much, but if we do, we will make sure we stop and dine at the Season Tavern. Enjoy!“

“Took hubby for birthday dinner in a blinding snowstorm from Moravia..was worth the white knuckles. Great atmosphere Megan( Red) made us welcome and got our drinks. Hubby had the steak and lobster($20 on Tues nites) awesome! I had the 12 os strip and fries($10). Never had it done so perfect!!( I like well and most char it) pretzel and cheese for dessert..lol and crispy but juicy wings were excellent! We will return its worth the drive!!!“

“Always good place to grab good food, a great drink and enjoy the atmosphere. We were able to customize our Oder for a gluten free option. The chef came out to make sure he understood what was needed.

“This bar is a hidden gem that happens to have some of the most AMAZING wings I've had in a very long time.
They have a nice sized menu which offers a variety of food. Ranging from wings, burgers, fried fish, shrimp, pizza, salads, and even steak ?
The barstaff was amazing! Even the other patrons were amazing.
I'm definitely looking forward to returning to feast on more of their menu selections.

“Drink are fresh and taste so good. Love the variety they create with the seasons and Holidays. Live music is great and I love the outdoor area in the summer. Indoor and outdoor games are fun too. Toss N Fire always there and weekends in better weather a great lineup of rotating food trucks as well. The library room is a relaxing oasis away from the crowds on the weekends.“

“I love this place and I make sure to visit every time I’m in Syracuse. The portions are generous, and the place is extremely satisfying if you’re looking for a sports bar atmosphere. But for now, I’ll stick with the burgers, wings and fries. I tried the “Tipp Dip” Wednesday special recently and although the price was great, I found it very stringy and hard to chew through certain portions. Also, I’m there to watch sports, so I really hope they turn off the news. The situation in our government today is too overcharged and polarized. Many people are very angry, so politics should be avoided in a fun sports bar, IMHO. I come there to ESCAPE politics… to lose myself in live, or even pre-recorded sports action. Other than that, these guys do a fantastic job, and considering how much food they have to prepare so quickly, it’s awe inspiring to watch them in the kitchen!“

“Nice, ice cold beer to wash down the GIGANTIC Bavarian style pretzel. Mostly ALL the reviews praise the wings, I say NO FAIR FOLKS.?? The warm cheese dip, aarggghhhh, FAGETABOUTIT!!!! THE BOTTLED PBR was, and is, the coldest I've ever had and yes folks, I needed 3 to power through the pretzel by myself.... I know .....GLUTTON....?????????“

“We stopped in for late afternoon drinks on Christmas Eve. We passed so many establishments that were closed we were happy to find an open door with many patrons inside! They are sporting a vast selection of Beers, plus full bar. We enjoyed a variety amongst the four of us between a beer, rose wine for me, martini, and whiskey sours. Was a nice place chat and catch up pre dinner, reminiscent of earlier years at the former PJ Dorsey’s. Friendly enough service with a touch of rye. We had just visited Clayton recently, I’ve included a couple of snap shots of Hop Spot currently closed for season. Someone is peeking out the third story! Love to visit the Clayton location in season, great architecture!“

“My coworker and I sat at the bar seating in front of the pizza kitchen. We had a great experience chatting with the staff making the pizzas. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The food was amazing from appetizer to dessert. I had their delicious seasonal sangria to drink. We will definitely be back!“

“We came in for the Sunday special and were lucky to have Sarah as our server. She was amazing. I have celiacs and she knew just what I could have and made sure my order was perfection. From the soup French Onion to my Turkey dinner! The food was amazing. I could not have the Sauerbraten but that is what my partner ordered. He thought the was amazing and was able to bring home a wonderful piece of raspberry pie. (which I could not eat.). But Sarah checked over all of the dessert options to try and find one for me. The food was amazing. Our service was stellar. And we told Sarah we would be back to see her again. Thank you so much for a lovely meal!“
“We come in here from time to time. It's a very laid back bar with good food. We tried their famous inside out wings with garlic Parm sauce on the side. We have tried the everything sauce before too and really enjoyed it. The bartender was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.“
