“I would give twenty stars if I could! This hole in the wall joint has something for everyone. We drove two hours from CT to NY to hike and although Twin Ravens was a little out of the way, we just had to stop by again! Steve is such a sweetie! Friendly, funny, and knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. He even remembered my order from 5 months ago ? The food is phenomenal, I HIGHLY recommend the breakfast burritos and hot honey chicken sandwich! Don’t even get me started on those milkshakes, you will definitely be back for more! Everything tasted fresh, seasoned to perfection and you can see as everything is being made. Already can’t wait to visit again ?“

Mama Gs Country Bakery & Cafe Bakery • $

“What a wonderful hidden gem. Great, authentic Italian food from a set of recipes handed down to the lovely owner, through his sicilian grandmother. Ask him about his family story and look at the framed pictures of sicily on the walls. This is the real thing - not some pretend Italian restaurant. And, the prices are far too low. Bring your own alcohol and they close at 9pm.“

“I’ve been passing up this place for a long time . For the fast food around it , I’m asking myself why ? I got a great burger for a great price , why have I been going to McDonald’s and Taco Bell when this gem is right here . They even have vegan and vegetarian options“

The Coffee Shop & Boar's Head Deli Deli • $

“I'm not sure why the owners decided to call this place a coffee shop, it's very misleading! They offer much, much more than that.Homemade vegan soups, full sandwich menu, always something new and fresh! Prices are very reasonable. It's a "hidden gem" for a great affordable lunch.NOT a coffee shop. They sell coffee, but it's nothing special. No coffee shop ambiance, it feels more like a Chinese takeout place.Visit. Eat. Enjoy. But don't come for the coffee. I can't even imagine how much business this place must lose because it's so poorly named.Last thought - this place, like so many other restaurants in the area, has no website. No online menu. No social media. It's 2022, and I wish little mom & pop places like this were savvy enough to understand how much revenue they're missing out on.It's as if the owners don't want people to know what they offer, which is really a shame because they work so hard to bring fresh and delicious food to the table every day.“
