Came out to Ellicottville early on a Sunday morning. Almost nothing is open. But the bright spot in my day upon my arrival was finding McCarty's Cafe. Nestled in the lower level of Holiday Valley, it truly was a gem worth seeking out. Along with serving Starbucks coffee and Hot Chocolate, they have an amazing breakfast sandwich you can almost completely customize. What kind of cheese do you want? Type of meat? Pick your bread.
