“Came out to Ellicottville early on a Sunday morning. Almost nothing is open. But the bright spot in my day upon my arrival was finding McCarty's Cafe. Nestled in the lower level of Holiday Valley, it truly was a gem worth seeking out. Along with serving Starbucks coffee and Hot Chocolate, they have an amazing breakfast sandwich you can almost completely customize. What kind of cheese do you want? Type of meat? Pick your bread. The combinations are boundless. I got myself a chai tea latte and a ham and Swiss on a bagel breakfast sandwich. While sitting out on the patio and listening to the squirrels rustling, it was truly a delight.“

“Great experience! They accommodated our party of 11 for a bachelorette. Service was fast and the employees are super friendly. The inside of the shop is so so cute. Everyone's meals came as ordered with no issues. Coffee cups stayed filled and hot. I personally Enjoyed the chai tea latte so much, fun mugs a perk. A great stop on our weekend in EVL!“

“We were in the mood for a pizza on this rainy day, while staying in Allegany State Park. We could not find a pizzeria in Salamanca so decided to give this restaurant a chance. We were surprised at the reasonable prices and at how good the supreme pizza was!“
