“Chick-fil-A located at Queens Center Mall is always extremely busy and honestly, it’s no surprise why. The food is consistently good, and despite the crowd, the service is solid. The employees work hard to keep the line moving and do their best to stay efficient and friendly, even when things get hectic.

That said, the line can get very long, especially during peak hours, and it’s important to note they also take orders from delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash, which can slow things down a bit more than expected.

I highly recommend ordering ahead through the Chick-fil-A app if you’re in a rush—it saves a lot of time and helps you avoid the wait. Overall, great service, good food, just be prepared for the crowd or plan ahead!“
