I wish I could highlight one favorite dish, but honestly everything was delicious! Everyone at our shower couldn’t stop raving about the food. Barb went above and beyond on the day of the event, making sure the quiches and soup stayed warm and ready before guests arrived. Thank you so much, Barb!”

“My husband took me to the Cakery for our anniversary 12/23/2025. I had never been there before and what a quaint and homey place to do something so different, eat sweets and forget the whole meal. Miss Lisa made the most superb cake for us, white cake and divine white icing with designs with gold in them which you can eat. There is only one other bakery that made cake like this and unfortunately went out of business long ago. Thrilled with Miss Lisa's cake. Seeming as we moved up here from New Orleans my favorite dessert is creme brulee. Unable to find the real dessert I was totally surprised when Miss Lisa made the dessert which put me back to the dessert of New Orleans. So delicious. This was a totally charming way to spend our anniversary, Miss Lisa and her brother were fantastic hosts and that evening will forever be in the top part of my experiences. If you have not been there, go!! We plan on making it a special place place to go not only for the desserts but the two people who made it possible for a unique and magical evening. They make you feel like family.”

The Lobster Bisque I had for Valentines was Fabulous and Andy’s soups are always hearty and satisfying. This is truly a fine dinning or anytime treat in Elmira.”

“The first restaurant I ever ate at that I left hungry. My friends and I go on my days off. I had not eaten all day. It is the only place that I can get liver and onions. The cook always does an amazing job. Just right, not tough. I'll recommend you every time for quality. I politely asked my server if I could order extra meat. I said I would GLADLY pay more if I could be accommodated. I was flatly told that she didn't see how that was possible, she couldn't see how she could bill for it. I was offered an extra salad if I was that hungry. My request was not forwarded to her supervisor or owner. This was on a Friday night and the place smelled amazing! I was there for the meat and my stomach was rumbling. I wasn't even offered the option to purchase two meals! I payed my bill, four adults and deserts. It was over $121.00. I left angry with myself that I barely tipped 10%. I am a generous tipper. Usually over 20%. Really! You let me leave there still hungry?”

“Visiting from NJ and stumbled upon this place in Elmira NY! Not disappointed at all! Red hots reminded me of Michigans in Plattsburgh NY. 10/10. Clean environment retro diner, not fancy but clean and comfortable giving vintage diner vibes. Street parking. Easy accessible. Waitress was friendly and helpful. I ordered 2 red hots and onion rings. After ordering ordered additional to go for later! Redhot delicious with onions and mustard, meat sauce. The flavor unexplainable. Onion rings crispy and great addition. Fries were string cut , nothing fancy but complimented the burger and dog. Lemonade was refreshing and great touch. My husband ordered 3 doubles to go with everything after trying 1 , Same sauce on hot dog except on a burger. Burger was smashed and cooked perfect with sauce. Only downfall is he doesn’t eat pork and hotdogs only came in pork/beef. He was just as satisfied with burger . 10/10 highly recommend 🤤😆”

“Overall a delicious meal. We went on a Saturday which was steak night and a three source set menu. The steak was a little tough even when cooked at medium rare but tasted great. The ginger cake for dessert was delicious but so big. It was like the entire cake on a plate! A great atmosphere and perfect for a date night.”

“I love (this) dunkin donuts there hot Signature lattes are amazing always made perfect to perfection. And there also the cheapest place to buy lattes at all the other dunkin donuts charges more here in elmira.
I love there bacon egg and cheese bagels also super delicious stop in and try for yourself I believe you will be highly satisfied!

Parking: There is parking right there in there lot.
Or if it gets to busy you can always park right across the street and walk over.”

“First time coming to Elmira New York. We had no idea the food was so delicious here. We stopped in to this cute little mom and pop shop pizza place and everything looked so good that we couldn't choose just one thing. The owner treated us like family and made these out of owners feel like they were home. The mozerrela sticks were the best we've ever had, thick, ooey gooey cheese, perfectly crispy and fresh delicious dipping sauce. We couldn't decide if we liked the garlic, sausage, or Supreme pizza better. Just get them all! The hot wings and BBQ wings were 💣! We feel like we made a lifelong friend and new favorite spot to bring the family. The owner you can tell truly loves the people that come in and puts love into his food as well.”

She brought us drinks, then came back 5 min later saying the cook is ready to start cooking if we would like to eat early, so we did. Fish was good, my piece was rather thin and greasy, my partner was happy with his. Might go back for there specialty chicken wings.”

“This sub shop has great subs, great service and great potential. Had they the means to toast their subs like the meatball and steak and cheese, they could take it to the next level.

As it stands, the people working here are courteous, helpful and dedicated, the food is good, the prices very reasonable, and the service is very good. I've become a patron. I wish they had an oven to bake or toast their hot subs to perfection.”

“The manager, John Lynch is very personable. On the weekends we make visits to Panera and he is very gracious and happy to see us. The facility is always clean and welcoming. We have been to other Panera locations but nothing compares to the tight ship John Lynch runs and does it in a matter that he is respected by his employees. Panera is fortunate to have him.”
