Terrible service! Manager too busy to take a phone call. Never again!
The following day another manager called and asked what happened. She apologized for the other employees and made a bad situation better. Thank you for following up!!
So I finally tried what was supposed to be “much better than the old Heights location” food at this store today. I got a 10pc order of Buffalo Chicken Poppers and a Philly Cheesesteak Papadia and they were both HORRIBLE ! The chicken was soggy and had a sour taste to it and the Papadia was just as bad. Hardly any filling and the “crust” was half cooked and rubbery. You sucked me in to trying you but make no mistake folks this is just plain lousy food, never again !
We have found this to be one of the best. Friendly staff, orders done efficiently, and quickly, and extra care to a quality pizza, along with specials and reasonable prices.
