The Old Dock has re-opened. Food is very good, drinks good as well. Scallops were great. We used to go to TOD back in the late '80s and '90s, and it seems this re-boot could work. Looking forward to live music and cold beer on July 4th.
Sat outdoors and had a great lunch! Fish and chips and the Greek Flatbread - delicious! Great atmosphere. Our amazing waitress Liz made us feel right at home!

The Old Dock is a restaurant with a stunning view of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains of Vermont. Guests can sit outside in the shade on a covered or uncovered patio, and it is fun to see people arrive by boat. The spot is gorgeous, and the view is spectacular. The waitstaff is friendly, excellent, courteous, and prompt. However, the management is described as a bit surly. The food receives mixed reviews. The fish and chips are frequently praised as delicious, really good, fresh, light, and excellent. Other menu items mentioned include a chicken parm cutlet that was over-done, a black and blue salad with overcooked and tough meat, a chicken salad wrap rated a 3+, and a tasty coleslaw. One guest found the $20 fish and chips cold. A dirty martini was sent back as it was just a glass of gin with one olive. The spinach and artichoke dip was made special even when technically out of it, showing good customer service.
