“I lived just up the road from 3 Squares for a few years. I went in for iced coffee nearly every day. No matter how busy it was, I was always greeted with a smile and felt like I was part of the 3 Squares family! Everyone was kind, the food was consistently great, and I can’t recommend this place enough! Miss yall, anytime I’m in town I’ll be back!!“

“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please check it out, you won't be disappointed!“

“Everything from appetizers to main course to dessert was nothing short of amazing. We had venison meatballs, fries, potatoes, chicken, chocolate cake, and blueberry sorbet. It was so good, I told my husband I’d drive the hour from our house just for a date night meal. Delicious! One FYI is that there are no meal options/menu for kids.“

“My kinda place for good food made with love or passion. Had a fantastic breakfast plate that was perfect for me. Corned beef hash, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce over open faced grilled biscuit tasted amazing. Thanks for your kindness, great food and having me close to closing time. Left with a tasty blondie, a cup of Joe to go and a big smile on my face. 😊😋🥰“

“We visited on my birthday and the last day of our vacation, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Our waitress, Katie, made the evening feel truly special and made us feel so welcome. Thank you again! The food was also absolutely delicious. Highly recommended :)“

“Food is a little boring. Offerings and preparation are just too plain, simple. Since food is the most important thing to me for eating out, the overall rating was therefore effected. The service, people could not be better. On the other hand, this is a place for people whose prime reason to be there is to have a bite after playing a round or two of golf. And, in that way, the menu certainly serves the purpose. I would like to see it move into a primary restaurant attraction....s.“

“I've been the yacht club a few dozen times over the years and there is simply no better place on the west side of Lake Champlain. The setting alone is world class, set out into one of the largest lakes in north america, looking out at the green mountains. The food and drinks are consistently wonderful. A summer destination not to be missed.“

“Came here at opening time at 6, but was only able to get in around 6:30 as there is something off with the automatic door's timer. Still the best laundry in. 15 mile radius: spacious, plenty parking, never too busy in the morning, clean restroom.“

“Ordered takeout and received my food so quickly, amazing quality wings, one of my favourite places to come to whenever I'm in the area. I would definitely recommend this specific location. Only thing I'd say was the girl handling takeout was a little unhappy to be working but other than that great experience.“

“The Old Dock has re-opened. Food is very good, drinks good as well. Scallops were great. We used to go to TOD back in the late '80s and '90s, and it seems this re-boot could work. Looking forward to live music and cold beer on July 4th.“
