Most visit..... pull up on your boat for an amazing dinner on the lake. Service and food were top notch. Take layers it was a bit chilly in July. 100/10
I've been the yacht club a few dozen times over the years and there is simply no better place on the west side of Lake Champlain. The setting alone is world class, set out into one of the largest lakes in north america, looking out at the green mountains. The food and drinks are consistently wonderful. A summer destination not to be missed.
I cannot say enough good about this place ! We went here 3 times this summer after the 3 pm Sunday plays at the Depot Theater and they Did. Not. Disappoint !
I had the Steak Frites twice and both times they got medium rare RIGHT Both times ! My 3rd meal was the Salmon. My partner in crime and I both ordered the salmon, his piece was thinner and cooked correctly. I had a large piece that was thick .. and not cooked. Westport Yacht Club is a hidden gem by the lake, offering attentive service and amazing food. The soft music and good lighting create a movie-like ambiance. The menu features a delicious green salad, pork chop with peaches, sweet potatoes, and bolognese. The staff is accommodating and helpful, making dining here a delightful experience. The bread and watermelon salad are fresh and tasty, while the salmon and steak frites are absolutely lovely. Guests can enjoy the beautiful setting on the patio, often lingering as the sun sets, with perfect service and delightful dinner.
