“This is my friend's favorite sushi place and I can see why. I had the sashimi tuna and it was delicious and fresh. Their Udon noodle seafood soup was also delicious and had a decent mix of seafood. If you're looking for fresh, well made sushi, you won't go wrong here.“
“The food was amazing, went with some friends and they thought the food was also amazing. I ordered the Garlic Sauce chicken, and it was well flavored. The service was fine, since it wasn't super busy when we arrived. They have a nice selection on their menu. Would highly recommend.“
“Wonderful food and bread. Kabuli was fantastic despite the fact that it did not have cumin. Bread was great. Eggplant didn't have any seeds or skin and was cooked to perfection. We had a pickup, and it was ready to go as soon as we got there. Highly recommend.“
“2024: Had to come back and edit my review for an update — place is still fantastic with excellent drinks and fast service!!2022: Great place! I came here for the first time and ordered a large brown sugar boba, as seen in the picture below — 10/10 would order again :) They also have a diverse boba menu with unique flavors that I look forward to trying.“
“Finding a restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine with the right spice level can be a delightful experience for those who prefer the traditional flavors and heat. It's interesting to note that the preference for spiciness in food can vary greatly from region to region in China, with some areas favoring extremely hot dishes. This regional diversity is part of what makes Chinese cuisine so rich and fascinating. For those who enjoy the fiery kick in their meals, a restaurant that doesn't shy away from authentic spice levels offers a taste of true Chinese culinary traditions. It's always a pleasure to discover such places that cater to a more diverse palate, providing an experience that's both culturally genuine and personally satisfying.“
“Well I finally found where the hood Chinese food is! It’s been years since I’ve had Chinese food this good. I even wanted the leftovers and craved more. Holy shamolee the chicken is tender, the pork fried rice is banging and the dumplings were rolling! I’d take a picture but we ate it all!!!!Parking: Quick easy parking right close!“
“The lady who always takes my order is very friendly and quick. I go on lunch break, so there's not much time to spend. My food is always very hot and fresh. Always what I ordered and tastes delicious. I recommend the fried pork dumplings. They are like potstickers or wontons.“
“4/16/2022 We went to a college open house at Syracuse University. After the tour, we were hungry and just Google for a restaurant to quickly eat and be back to the city. We found this restaurant, oh my god! Their fried rice was so amazing! My son and my nephew both ordered the fried rice, I tried it and so regret that I didn’t order one for myself. Both boys didn’t want to share some of their fried rice to me. They finished the whole plate. It was sooo good! My husband and I ordered the spicy fish fillet, it was also delicious too and it’s not pricy. The woman (I think she’s the boss) was very friendly and talked to us about the college. FYI, the water bottle is NOT free.“
“Yummy China is one of my absolute favorite places to go for take out. Everyone is always so friendly and their kitchen is CLEAN!! Not to mention their prices are super reasonable! Their food is always phenomenal and nothing is ever too salty or over seasoned. Also every time I get the food back to my house which is about 20 mins away it’s always still piping hot. Plus their lemon tea is absolutely delicious as well. I seriously can’t say enough great things about this place. My husband and I LOVE yummy China.“
“Everything I have ordered from here was sooo good. 1 thing I ordered was the garlicky lomein and when I say the noodles were so flavorful, I did not want to share. The food is always hot and fresh tasting. Portions are perfect. And easy on the pockets! Definitely have to try if you haven't.“
“Great tasting Chinese food at a value price point. Highly recommend Food was great, it had the "dragons breath" fiery taste from the hot wok. Interior and exterior of the restaurant are really well kept and clean. Good seating area for around 5 parties or so. Take out is available as well. Staff are friendly and provide great service Take away notes: highly recommend for great tasting Chinese food at a good price point“
“Best Chinese spot in Syracuse. Prices have been the same for years. 10 out of 10. Must order from here if your in the mood for Chinese food. I promise you will never order from another Chinese place again in Syracuse. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the community.“
“We ordered General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken & Broccoli, Shrimp & Broccoli, Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls and Fried Dumplings. Everything was delicious, I’d say one of the top takeout Chinese restaurant in Syracuse. The only thing we didn’t like were the dumplings, we prefer the wonton wraps as opposed to the thick dough, but that’s just personal preference, the flavor and quality were both good. This is our new go to place, thank you for a quality meal!“
“I enjoyed it at this place. There were some people feeding like swine in a pig trough, the day of my dining experience.I dined in and had an overall very pleasant experience. The cashier was kind of a wrench. But I really enjoyed myself. Eventually hope to go back.“
“I’ve been eating at Spring for over 10yrs I wish I could give them over 5 stars they have the best egg rolls around I will say the food seems to be less greasy when the older woman & man do the cooking. Do yourself a favor and order some food you will not be disappointed.“
“A wonderful place with excellent customer service. We arrived and they welcomed us with a warm smile. The cashier was super friendly and attentive, she explained everything and in the end I asked her to recommend something. The decision was correct, it exceeded my expectations. Super recommended ❤️?“
“Best Chinese takeout I've had in New York state so far, pretty good food and good portions for the prices especially post-covid. I wouldn't say the orange chicken is spicy much at all but you can taste the spices so its delicious. The golden sesame was also very good. Chicken is well sauced and still crispy.“
“I thought I knew what good Chinese food was, then I had Ming Hings. Every dish I’ve tried tastes Amazing!!! Always made quick!!! Doesn’t matter if I’m ordering for just myself or my entire family, we always leave with our food in no time. Highly recommend!! Worth every penny. Speaking of, the pricing is always a pleasant surprise!! ? ? ? ? ?“
“Authentic Szechuan (if you love flavorful spicy foods, come here!), huge portions. This is my go to Chinese restaurant since it is so close to most of the schools in the area (5-10 minute walking distance) and one that I recommend to friends who want restaurant recommendations. Placed an order online via their website, then went in person for pickup. 1. Water spinach w. fermented bean curd: One of my favorite dishes I usually have back home. Flavor was amazing, but the water spinach was a little tough & not the freshest. Cannot blame Jiang Hu though, because water spinach is literally IMPOSSIBLE to find upstate and it was likely imported from the downstate area. 2. Xinjiang Dapan Chicken: My favorite!! Came in a HUGE aluminum foil take out container; could have easily fed 4-5 people. My roommate & I had this over the course of 3 days. The flavor of the soup is out of this world - spicy, savory, and fills you up. Perfect for a cold, rainy, or snowy day. The soup came with a large portion owide knife-cut noodles, which was cooked al dente and soaked up all the delicious soup. I would 100% recommend ordering this dish if you come here.“
“If you're going to go to a Chinese buffet, this is the one to visit. Sushi is decent and so is the hibachi. There are more options here than you'll find at others and plenty of room to accommodate groups of all sizes.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for kids. Prices on scale, based on age.“
“Our family recently had takeout from Fortune Hawaii multiple times, and each visit was a delight. The egg rolls are a standout, boasting a perfect balance of crispiness and flavor without being overly oily. The mystery behind their preparation intrigues me. Additionally, my son consistently enjoys the General Tso, appreciating the consistently excellent taste with every order. The staff's kindness and the prompt, accurate service add to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!“
“I’m going to shoot striaght here never order outside of lunch and dinner rush…. Why you may ask? Simply becuase freshness is never guaranteed outside of this range. High traffic forces the chefs to burn through supply. The flavor of the lo mein noodles sits at a 7/10, beef & broccoli 7/10, hibachi 7/10 prepared very well and fried chicken wings 8/10“
“Me and my wife came here for lunch at around 3:30 and not a lot of people were here BUT the food was delicious. They welcomed my ESA here which was great!!! We all felt really welcomed! :) I wish I could rate this 100/100! I recommend the Rice noodle “
“Love my local China King. They are very friendly and a hard working family. Rarely do I have to wait long for any order and rarely do they mess up orders unlike some other nearby restaurants (fast food).I would've given them a 5 star rating however, more than a few times my general tso chicken was hard or way over cooked. Other than that, everything is great!!!“
“We get takeout from here about twice a month and are never disappointed! I have two daughters who live out of town and always request this as one of their meals when they visit. The noodles and flavorful, the vegetables always fresh, and the spice levels are well balanced. The restaurant is owned and run by a local family. They're always helpful and friendly and the prep time is excellent.“
