“Now I know why there are so many excellent reviews of this place. While on vacation, we discovered this place in Google map and were so happy we did! Best Chinese food we’ve had in a while from a casual cafe-like establishment, with fresh homemade dumplings that taste like fine dining dim sum, delicious clean dishes with fresh ingredients, surprisingly generous portions, and the friendliest service! The owner and servers were exceptionally kind, joyfully accommodating for our many requests from our party of six.

We enjoyed all our dishes including a few Thai dishes - the lemongrass dishes were delicious with very fresh shrimp cooked perfectly, and in generous portions. We also had classic Chinese dishes that were better than most places I’ve tried. (Orange chicken, kung pao chicken, beef and vegetables.) Everything was done with excellence, skill, and taste, and I could tell a lot of LOVE was put into the food. There is a difference when someone puts real skill, passion, and love into cooking, and I tasted and felt it here. Best to dine in for the full experience. We left with tummies and hearts full.

We were looking for a sit down Chinese restaurant and their food is PERFECT. Ice Cold Beer, Terrific Sushi, the Freshest Fried Rice, and Roast Pork that is perfectly trimmed and cooked.
We ordered additional food to go.
The Udon is Superior. The Happy Family was Amazing! This is our new spot. Cannot wait to take friends and family here.“

“We frequent this establishment atleast once or twice a month and while it’s always a 4 out of 5, today was most definitely a 5! We had General Tso chicken, sesame chicken and kung pao chicken combo platters for all (3). The crispy chicken was done so well and it all was very flavorful. This is the only place I order my Chinese takeout.“

“The food was very good, I’ve never had my entrees come with and egg roll and 2 springs rolls which was a pleasant surprise. I got the chicken and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken. And I LOVE Asian Cuisine, so I just settle these days but this is THE BEST! Amazing Customer Service, They gave me kids a FREE 2-Liter because there was an extra 4 minute wait... Which we weren't even upset about! They value their customers and clearly take pride in the recipes they prepare! My husband had their Thai food, he said that was amazing too!

Best Crab Ragoon, AMAZING Egg Rolls, Bourbon Chicken was unique and SO Flavorful! Fresh Fried Rice, Spectacular Sesame Chicken, and the Chicken and Mushrooms was DROOL WORTHY!

“The food is delicious and the service is spectacular. Showed up right as they opened in the middle of the week and the owner, who doesn't speak English, did his very best to ensure he was clear on what I wanted, made my food to go as I had asked, and offered me and my infant son an umbrella using his phone to translate so we didn't get wet in the rain. While I paid he helped keep an eye on my busy little man and made sure he was secure while I had one hand occupied.

I make time to eat here every time I'm in the city and I look forward to it. Best fried rice I have ever had. Their usual server does speak English btw, but her not being there did not diminish the service.“

“Having been to the Lavish Mediterranean restaurant more than a few times now, I must say that I have enjoyed every meal that I have had out of the wide variety of fine quality of delicious dishes on their menu and the generous portions that they serve. Besides the delicious food, the polite and caring staff, the clean and well-lit environment, and the comfortable seating are an added plus. I would recommend this restaurant to all, and am fairly sure that future visits there will be desired.“

We’ve been coming here for years. And I make the drive for pick up because it’s worth it.

We went tonight and realized we never write any reviews for the places we really love.

All their food is sooooo good but I’m partial to the dumplings. The wontons in chili oil are my favorite but the pork soup dumplings are bomb too. I literally crave the chili wontons all the time.

I’ve never been steered wrong by this place! Ever.

The scallion pancake was delicious as well. The wontons were good, just not the flavor we were expecting. Highly recommend this place!“

“I love this place, work right down the street and come frequently for lunch. I call every single time and the lady has NEVER been rude, i don’t know where these comments are coming from. “Last night me and my girlfriend were trying to eat at a restaurant in town but that basically fell through so seeing New China King was still open we decides to order from there. We had walked into town and ive ordered many times from here before so i knew there’d be a small wait for the food. Foolish as i was i didn’t realize they close at 9pm and i had ordered at like 8:30 pm. Well a long walk around town later we realized all too late it was well past close by the time got to the restaurant. Thankfully though the employee closing waited a whole 23 minutes after close just to give us our food. Im very appreciative of this service going above and beyond for the customer. Thanks again!“

“Unlike other Chinese food restaurants, China House has a website. I love being able to see what I order and how much I am going to pay for it. The food was ready when my confirmation text told me it would be and loved that I was able to pay online. Upon pick up, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the cashier. And the food is like no other...FRESH! Not only was everything delicious, everything tasted fresh and freshly cooked with servings big enough for leftovers. Best Chinese restaurant around...worth the 15 minute drive even when there is a restaurant 2 minutes from my home.“

“Just moved to the area and was told this was the best take-out. Compared to other Chinese places, the price was a better value and it tasted fresher. I think I will make this part of my Friday night post-workout ritual. The Sweet and Sour chicken with a side of fries and wings for twenty bucks lasts like two meals, I can bring the extra to work. Very good place. Take-out only.“

“So yummy! Everything is on point. Bo bo platter...That fried crab stick was delicious as heck and I don't usually like crab stick like that. Boneless ribs...There's something really special in that sauce. Cashew chicken was absolutely delicious but had mostly peanuts with a few cashews for garnish. Possibly the best lo mein and fried rice in Syracuse. The fried chicken wings are second to the tastiest I've ever had. I got to know what that flavoring is that they marinate them in. So happy they have delivery with Uber eats now. I don't drive so I could never have it before. I remember those chicken wings from years ago when somebody went there and let me try their leftovers. I've been dying to have them again ever since and now I can!“

“Highly recommend the barbecue beef skewer—absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was great overall. The only downside was the sautéed cabbage, which was very salty. It seemed like it may have been an accident because the flavor itself was actually really good. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were very accommodating and removed it from our bill, which I appreciated. Great service and great food—I’ll definitely be back!“

“Mr. Stirfry is my hands down favorite place for Chinese food in New York. I KNOW that's an incredibly big statement but I stand by it. “This is a family-owned and operated restaurant that is definitely worth a try! We found the food to be hot, fresh and tasty. Good portion size for the price and the service is friendly and efficient. We will be back for more delicious Chinese dishes, especially the Gwneral Tso Chicken.“

“Orders on Grubhub and my order came PIPING hot and they included rice and 2 fortune cookies as a little something extra. We’ve ordered their catering before and it was just as delicious. It’s a decent price for that amount of food ($35 for 4 meals worth of sesame chicken and lo mein). They PACKED my lo mein into the container but for $10, I wish there was just a bit more.

Never stepped foot in here so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but:
