The batista stops by our table and I told him I forgot to say "iced" and he was willing to get me an iced chai. That is my go to place from now on. “First of all the food, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. Wings are very good with very tasty sauces and rubs to set them apart from your average chicken wing.

My main reason for writing this however is due to the outstanding customer service of one individual that this organization is extremely lucky to have in their employ. Cody, whom I believe is the manger of the restaurant goes well above and beyond what I would think should be required of someone in such a time consuming position as running a restaurant/bar.

I have dealt with him twice now to purchase a keg for my home bar. Each time he made huge efforts to find me the appropriate beer to have on tap based on my tastes. I made it a point this last time to say that “I appreciate his efforts but I’m just some guy buying some beer, why go through all the effort”. To which he responded “you’re just a good dude”. We proceeded to continue what was a great conversation, and I left feeling like my purchase, though small, mattered. And he made a huge difference in my day.

In an age where customer service is non existent, this individual is a living example of how you should treat customers. Meiers Creek should be very proud of Cody’s efforts to give them a good name.“
