“I'm getting really sick and tired of going to Dunkin' Donuts in the middle of the afternoon and them being out of donuts or other menu items. I went to this Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they were out of bagel twists. So I asked for a glazed donut. And guess what? They didn't have anymore. I'm gonna assume that they either don't know their traffic patterns and do not order enough for the day, or the staff is just too lazy to bring it out or make more bagels.I am also extremely frustrated when I receive something that was in their toaster oven, and it tastes like burnt plastic. I happen to know that if they removed the paper liner after every other order, that nasty disgusting flavor would not be ingrained in the food. It's so bad that when you walk into that restaurant, it smells like burnt plastic. The simple act of removing the paper would fix this. DD management needs to look into this.“
“So they messed up my order and still get 5 stars. Thats what good customer service can do. I called last night to preorder 4 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of joe for a meeting. Needed 6:45am pick up. I walk in on time, and see right away from the look on their face, the night crew never told the morning crew. But the two team members asked for 10 minutes to pull it together, which they did with a smile, and got me on my way. I wish I had your names to share here, but to the crew this morning who just put their heads down and got it done, nice job! And Thank you!!“
