“I absolutely love Y space BBQ! The decor is literally out of this world! Everything is space themed and futuristic which I loved. The customer service was amazing…very attentive and helpful. The menu was extensive to choose from for good pricing. All foods were fresh. They have an amazing drink menu which features themed drinks alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Overall, it’s one of my favorite Korean bbq places to go.“

“Came here with a group of five and had a great experience. The interior is cozy and perfect for a relaxed meal with friends.
The food was packed with flavor and definitely impressed the whole table.
Lamb and beef kebabs were well spiced; Glass noodles in sesame sauce were a surprising hit—everyone at the table loved them!
The BBQ lamb rack was a standout: incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
Great place for group gatherings or casual dining. I’d definitely come back!“

“Located in front of Paris Baguette, the BBQ truck has some of the best skewers I've ever tried. They transport you to the heart of Xinjiang with its local flavors, grilled in front of you. My two favorites were the lamb and beef skewers, and the chicken skewers were also very delicious.“

“It's pretty nice inside and I like the massive selection that you can choose from. Definitely cool for hanging with friends or a casual date because the vibe is pretty chill. “Being a lover of barbecue, this place did not disappoint me; decent size portions on the 3 meat plate and at an excellent price, the ribs, pulled pork & sausage were all good so now I have to go back for the brisket & chicken; loved the baked beans & the sweet potato mash with pecans made for good sides! I definitely recommend & like MacArthur…..I shall return!!!!“

“Sometimes you’re just looking for a little beach time and some great BBQ – and Batesy's BBQ delivered on both! We were in town helping another G-FORCE location with an Amazon project, so naturally, we took a break to explore the local food scene. First Impressions: We kicked off with the Deviled Eggs – the jalapeño added a nice little kick while the bacon... well, it was bacon – crispy and delicious. Next up were the House Pickles – sweet, vinegary, and unexpectedly tasty. Who knew pickles could be this good? The Mains: Harry went with the Pulled Pork – packed with flavor, moist, and paired with an excellent sauce. The Potato Salad stood out with just the right-sized chunks, and the Cornbread? Perfectly crispy on the outside. Steve opted for the BBQ Chicken – tender and juicy, coated with that same outstanding house sauce. And the Kielbasa? This place might not be Polish, but they nailed it – full of flavor and definitely a surprise hit! The Potato Salad reminded us of Grandma’s homemade classic, and the Collards had a unique twist that, honestly, we didn’t hate. The rest of the table didn’t hold back either – from the Burger to the Mac and Cheese and, of course, more Pulled Pork, it was all a hit! “I went to Beach BBQ and satisfied would be an understatement. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff at hat engaged as if we were family or old friends. I reviewed the menu and settled on the Dragon Glazed Salmon Mac and cheese and candied yams. The meal and service was superb. I highly recommend this spot ! Don’t walk Run to this restaurant!!“

“This place became my place to go definitely!!! I had ‘Galchi jorim’ yesterday. It was BEST in NY!!!! I don’t enjoy korean food here NJ and NY bcz too sweet!!! But this place was perfect. Maybe it’s not fancy place if you are looking for but food was authentic!! The owner was very friendly!!“

“Hands down one of the best BBQ spots in NYC! The real charcoal grill makes such a huge difference in flavor. The service was outstanding as well—the staff was incredibly friendly and helped grill everything to perfection. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Flushing!“
“The chicken skewers are delicious. Great late night snack. Not a fan of the beef or lamb skewers—too fatty and chewy for me. The chives are yummy, but too stringy. Owner is super nice.
Update: The beef and lamb skewers, while still somewhat fatty, have tasting better and better.“

“My sister orders food from here on Sundays for my father, herself, and I. The food has always been good. Yesterday, I went into the shoppe myself and ordered. I was very impressed with the layout. There were items on the menu I didn't even know about prior 👍🏾. I am really impressed by the fact this is a Black owned establishment. I'm even more impressed by the fact the spot is owned and operated by some members of the Diasporic family. I say this because they know their clientale well and cater to them without flaw. I will continue to nyam (eat) from this establishment for as long as we are both in existence. ✊🏾“

“This was my first experience dining at a Korean BBQ venue. There is plenty of variety between the buffet choices for the hot pot soup and the BBQ grill and the sides. I really enjoyed the hot pot soup I’m not a fan of cooking/grilling my food at a restaurant. Armando the server went above and beyond to explain and tend to us.“

The boss lady was really nice. I had my nephew with me and she went out of her way to cut up the eel and meat that we order to kid size. She made sure that my nephew was also enjoying himself. She also told us how to eat the eel, with the leaf and chives (? I think it was those?)“

“If you are ever in the mood for all you can eat Korean bbq where the staff cooks everything for you, then this is the place to go. The cuts of meats are delicious, the sides are a plus. I highly recommend the crab soup, corn cheese, and the popcorn chicken to go alongside your meats. The salad dressing is to die for, so make sure to try the salad as well. Overall it is a great place to go to and enjoy a meal with family and friends.“
“I love the j*** pork with the rice and peas. Eating the rice along with the spicy j*** pork together in your mouth is so tasty. Also dipping the spicy pork in the Barbecue sauce and then into j*** sauce , puts a cosmic comic blast of flavor in your mouth and not in your hand.“

One of the highlights was the grilled skewers — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and fun to watch being cooked right at the table. The stir-fried squid was another standout: tender, slightly spicy, and packed with wok flavor. We also tried a sizzling fish dish served in a hot stone pot, which was rich, aromatic, and absolutely comforting. The crispy pork dish added a great texture contrast — crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
The atmosphere is clean and cozy, with a nice balance between modern and traditional vibes. Service was attentive and efficient, and everything came out fresh and hot.

“The food is absolutely delicious! You should definitely try the Beef TarTar. I had never eaten raw beef before, but now I’m sure I’ll order it every time I visit. If you like chicken, I highly recommend the grilled chicken over the fried chicken — it’s incredibly juicy and flavorful. Lastly, don’t forget to order the ‘Chimac House Beer’“

“The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. I have been recommending this As the best BBQ place for miles and now It’s become a very popular destination among the friends and family who have taken my recommendations.
