I am probably one of the few reviewers that also ate in this comfortable Italian restaurant from the day it opened in 1969 until now. The service was excellent and has not diminished in all these years. Warm rolls and garlic sticks were served with excellent cocktails. For appetizers my wife and I feasted on ravioli ( you can order any pasta at a reduced price) baked clams and shrimp cocktail, probably a great meal in and of itself. When you walk into the restaurant,you are greeted and treated like family as you are escorted to the table and your chair pulled out for you as you're seated. Water and assorted breads are served as you peruse their menu. Drink order is taken and served promptly. The waiter shares the specials for the evening. I have eaten in and taken out for years . Food and service are always terrific The prices are very reasonable. There are many good options in this area for Italian food. however I find myself coming back here again and again , and never feel rushed .
