I went to Blu Ember with some friends and we decided to try a bunch of different things. I got their Wagyu Don special for the month, which was a pretty unique dish and overall a good experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Blu Ember! The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a nice meal.
The service was excellent as well—the staff were just fine and welcoming. Everything came together perfectly, from the food and ambiance to the overall experience.

We visited for dinner on a Tuesday night and was able to get seated right away without a reservation. It's located inside the Westin hotel but the entrance is very easy to locate. We walked, so not sure about the parking which is generally a challenge in New York. We sat inside but we also saw that there was a lounge area and seating available outside, which unless humid whether I'm sure would be beautiful.
