Hovering flies everywhere.
Gotta love it when they land on your food.
Dirty tables and smelly stains.
Food is subpar, pricy and little protein. mostly carbs.
Flushing is going down just like the rest of the state.

I miss these cuisines! They’re very authentic!
Duck blood vermicelli soup, barbecue, as well as Maocai (Hang store), roast duck buns, and pot helmets!

I guess I had high expectation after seeing many social media posts.
Maybe I’m not a fan of real authentic Chinese food? Every stall had very unique and authentic food.. but it wasn’t for me.
Crab noodle was ok, not great. Tasted too crabby and not fresh. Pork buns were made fresh but the inside was smelly and it was not hot.
Self cleaning statin was dirty and bathroom was dirty.. if you are looking for better atmosphere, this is not a place for you.

Today I ordered beef noodle soup and heavy oil siomai. The heavy oil siomai has a thin skin and a big filling. It is rich in flavor but not greasy. It is a must-have! The beef soup is full of numbing flavor, which makes people have endless aftertaste. Paired with the mung bean soup presented by the boss, it is spicy, refreshing and especially comfortable. Look at the picture

Old food city. Many of them are old merchants, and the dining atmosphere can be better. The cold skin is good, don’t put sesame sauce, it should be the cold skin in Flushing that is closest to the Shaanxi flavor. The Roujiamo buns are really bad.

As a long-standing fan of New World Mall, I'm always in search of alternatives and there are plenty in Flushing.

Overall, this food court is nice. It's similar in offerings to New World Mall, but maybe a bit more limited (less dumplings, less hotpot, less buns). Take a peruse around and I'm confident you'll find something you'll want. We ended up trying 5 of the spots in 1 sitting and some were hits with some misses. The prices are nice, as are similar malls. And it behooves you to bring cash.

Come with an open mind and an empty stomach and you're sure to find something to appease it.

Authentic Chinese Foods- so many choices! Often there’s no English menu- grab someone who reads Chinese. Food is super fresh and affordable. Too much to list here. Must visit if you are around for Mets games or US Open. If you cannot go to China for food I think this is the closest you can get in America

Understated food court. The food is so fresh. I had kushi yaki and pork fried dumplings. The dumplings were so fresh. Filling was pork and chives. I’m very picky about pork dumplings and these were so good. They had a pizza stall that had cool toppings like shrimp that I didn’t get to try. Come here instead of the other food courts!

I’m not exactly sure where I ordered my spicy beef ramen from, but it was pretty good. However, at $13.50, I can’t say it was the best value for the price. On the flip side, the boba was quite enjoyable, and I appreciated the variety they had on offer.

The naan, though, was a real letdown. Not only was it bad, but charging $4 for it felt like a scam. Definitely not worth it.

Parking: There's a parking garage nearby

They have lots of food stalls here with many different dishes from all over China. I tried the food stall in back with a #19 on it that had a rice noodle soup.

The staff of this booth were super kind and answered all of my questions about the soup. I had never had this soup before and it was one of the best noodle soups I’ve tried.

With a touch of vinegar and chili oil, the soup was perfectly sour and spicy. The tofu felt like a warm hug with the broth soaked up in it. The vegetables were perfectly cooked.

I was a little intimidated at first in here because of the amount of Chinese, but this booth I ate was super sweet and passionate about what they make.

The only downside of the court is the AC does not work well here. So it was hot inside.
