“Shoutout to the young man with tattoos who was working on a weekday after 5 PM—he was friendly, polite, and patient. There was also a woman making pretzels. Really happy to see new staff and they did a great job. I’ll definitely be stopping by again every now and then to treat myself, even if it’s a bit pricey.“

“The grub is great but the staff are slow. I initially couldn't find the location while in the area, which nearly got me lost, but had to do some searching only to find that it was a hole-in-a-wall. As with the other AA's usually the food is expensive, so only go occasionally. Also, they should start posting when they are out-of-stock when a product is requested. It could save a headache.“

“So I placed an order for a celebration that included approximately 50 people. I must express how pleased I was with the delivery of the pretzels. They were freshly made, and still hot. The pigs in the blanket were fresh and tasty the guests were very pleased. I heard a lot of voices saying they were delicious. Thank you @anniespretzals Utica for adding to a pleasurable time with my friends, family and love ones on this Resurrection Sunday. I will be ordering from you for my next event.

“I barely even leave reviews but staff was extremely cool lol shoutout (aka I’m especially appreciative for) my guy Days (I believe I spelled that right). Very friendly and cool while I was dealing with two screaming brats which is why I’m typing this in the first place. But yeah anyways it’s 100% better than your average pretzel mall spot like just in general. 10/10 coming back.“

“I like to eat their Mini Pretzel Dogs with a side of cheese dip, Original Pretzel Dog, and Dr. Pepper it’s very good.
Usually everytime when I go to either The Green Acres Mall or the Roosevelt Field Mall I always see an Auntie Anne’s. They have good Mini Pretzel Dogs and the Pretzels too. I will definitely come back soon.“

Honestly I need to know if they have discounts but if they don't its ok to. Theirs alot more I would like to try next time I go their. Tbh the prices aren't to bad.
