I came to buy pretzels on 4/19 around 12:30- 1pm as I was waiting for my items I saw the lady with the hijab washing her feet in the sink that’s very unsanitary and gross considering you wash the dishes in the same sink, other than that service was good.
Shoutout to the young man with tattoos who was working on a weekday after 5 PM—he was friendly, polite, and patient. There was also a woman making pretzels. Really happy to see new staff and they did a great job. I’ll definitely be stopping by again every now and then to treat myself, even if it’s a bit pricey.
The tattooed Black cashier at this Auntie Anne’s was shockingly rude and completely ruined my day. I’ve never had a problem here before, but this particular employee was condescending and dismissive the moment I mentioned I had a free pretzel coupon. He immediately started making snide remarks, as if I was trying to scam him. Then he falsely claimed the coupon wasn’t valid for all pretzels—even though that’s blatantly untrue.
