Craving satisfied! Been looking for the cart for two weeks. Finally found him today . Vendor is nice too . Mochi is freshly made and warm, balanced in sweetness.
Love seeing the fresh mochi being made to order by the machine!! Worker was also friendly! It comes out warm and the seasoning reminds me of injeolmi but a little less sweet! The mochi itself was warm/ hot and had a very unique texture. You can taste the bumpy pricey bits but it’s not like something that you bite on and get a completely different texture when you hit a lump, overall it is still smooth just textured. 4/5
