I don't understand this place. They are understaffed and disorganized. We went in today to try the Chick'n& Waffles ice cream. They have had a sign in front for weeks "Say hello to March's Flavor of the Month: Chick'n& Waffles." Well we went in and wanted to but some of this odd flavored ice cream. Don't ever get their ice cream cakes. There is actually no cake but the description says it does. Only ice cream +some frosting. Waste of money. My 6 year old was disappointed to see no cake. This is the first and the last time I'll get from BR.

The icecream was great- coconut nutty icecream. Tasted the pistachio-almond as well and was good. The place could be cleaner. The lady at the counter was in no mood for customer service- had to wait and call her twice to serve me.
