Love the bagels here they are so good. Did get the wrong order. I ordered 3 bran muffins but got 2 and a corn muffin. By the time I realized I was on a plane to Florida. When I got back they actually gave me 3 bran muffins for free!!!!! Top notch service and business!
This is under new management. Nothing like the old management. This used to be a great place, with excellent service all around. You felt welcome. Under the new management, you come in... nothing. No greeting from anybody.They added online ordering for pickup, but it wasn't configured right. If you wanted a bagel with nova slices, cream cheese, tomato, and onion, the price was coming out to around $23, as each component increased the price. This place was really busy when i went so it did take awhile for me to receive my order but that’s normal. But it was actually one of the best bagels i’ve had. The staff was also really nice and understanding.
