“My experience was great with the guy that took my order he was just perfect. Except I don't understand why they don't let people use the bathroom because sometimes you want to go to use the bathroom and on your way out of the bathroom you're going to want to order something so that should be taken into consideration and it has nothing to do with the guy that took the order that's my own personal opinion.“

“Can't get enough of this coffee. There are plenty of times when they forget stuff I ordered ... I always use the ap ... they usually don't give me my food if I ordered some or my other drink if I order two but most of the time it's sitting there somewhere. Been going to dunkin for years... can't beat it even with the iffy service sometimes.“

“I was in early this morning to pick up a mobile order and the app had a malfunction notifying me 11 mins before my arrival. I called to troubleshoot the order and they immediately got to work on the order. It was a large order and it was ready by the time I arrived. This level of customer service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!“
