“Upon my recent visit to Capo Ristorante, nestled at 700 A Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010, I was treated to an experience that tantalized my taste buds and warmed my heart. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Tesla Panini, a masterful blend of succulent grilled chicken, rich Parma ham, and velvety mozzarella, all nestled between slices of perfectly crisped Krispina bread and complemented by the peppery zing of baby arugula. It was, in every sense, a delight.

The appetizers did not play second fiddle, with the fried macaroni & cheese balls presenting a symphony of textures and flavors that were both comforting and indulgent.

But what truly set Capo Ristorante apart was their exceptional customer service. In celebration of our recent engagement, which we happened to mention in passing, the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert to accompany our takeout order. This thoughtful gesture was the cherry on top of an already splendid dining experience.

It's small businesses like Capo Ristorante that reinforce my love for those local spots where the quality of both food and service is deeply personal. They've truly mastered the art of making patrons feel like family. “It may or may not be what you would expect from Lia's. I usually frequent the lia's in oceanside, So maybe my expectations were high. Food is decent.Service today was a bit less than it should be. Kid behind the counter was doing alot of talking with the other guy.I ordered 2 more slices, and he Forgot to put them in. Then he forgot they were in the oven. After all was said and done he tried making up for it by not charging meFor the 2 drinks. I won't turn down free, but is that something you do because of your incompetence? not sure how things work around there or if he is in relation to the owner. But where I've worked in the past that kind of thing was frowned upon. Unless a manager pit it in on your behalf. Anyway today wasn't a good day for them.“

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“Words really cannot express what a perfect setting La Parma III Italian Restaurant was for our family.
I was trying to plan a luncheon to take place after a funeral remotely from San Diego, CA, and had nothing to go on other than a recommendation from the funeral home
I called and spoke to Guido on a Friday and the lunch was being planned for the upcoming Tuesday 8-27th a few days later.
Being in the catering business myself and immediately hearing "no problem" we can do it all, was simply music to my ears. Guido said he would not be in on that Sunday when I wanted to come check it out in person but gladly provided me with the Managers name that would be available that day to meet. When I arrived at the restaurant, I met Richie, and he could not have been more helpful in confirming everything that I had expected to happen.
Not only did they have us set up in a beautiful room with everything ready to go but both Guido and Richie were there during the lunch and worked the entire event in coordination with their amazing team. From the initial contact over the phone, all the way to the completion of the lunch we could not be happier with how professional and accommodating the people at La Parma III were, especially considering we had just lost our loved one. We would call them again for this or any other meal we needed to be catered. In summary, the food and service were five stars, A+, or whatever is the best grade possible!“
