Found the environment friendly and warm, Danna the lady who greeted me, I found to be knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all my questions, helped me decide and create the perfect customized smoothie. I was able to sample the berry smoothie which was great ( even though I'm not a fan of bananas as they usually overwhelm everything else, however they balance the ingredients / flavors well and liked the berry blend.
I was able to substitute ingredients to blend the perfect flavor I was looking for. Acai your way, and the Berry smoothies are great. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a healthy option or enjoy a good smoothie! If you're not sure what you want ask Danna, she is great with customers!“

“My husband and I made the long drive yesterday (2 1/2 hrs each way) from upstate NY to visit our daughter in NYC just for the day. While strolling around her neighborhood we came upon your lovely bakery and cafe and after eyeing the beautiful carrot cake in the window, we had to go in. Carrot cake is my favorite sweet treat. There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

Actually met a friendly Trinidadian woman in there who made me a phenomenal juice and provided me with such a delicious callaloo pattie, so good in a matter of fact that I left the store and turned right back around to grab the last one they had! “Took two trips here on the same day to sample something for brunch and for lunch. For starters, the place is pretty big despite how the place looks from the entrance. The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.

Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“
