“Truly a hidden gem! The owner/ chef is truly the sweetest and has worked very hard to make it to this point. The food is made to any specifications requested, accommodatng many different dietary restrictions! The staff is working very hard always! We ate South Indian, Indo Chinese, and Punjabi - all of it was wonderful.
Yes it's a small space, but the food is absolutely worth the wait. And if you can't wait, get take out!

“Dined here about a couple months ago and enjoyed the delicious food and good service. There's an entrance to the restaurant from the front exterior of the mall (near the parking lot) and another entrance just a few steps inside of the Broadway Mall. Restaurant was very clean, bright, and spacious; has a very good dining atmosphere and décor. Restaurant was quiet when dined here for lunch. Waiter was attentive and courteous. We had the kinya ramen combos with takoyaki and shrimp tempura. The ramen broth was rich and a little creamy, noodles were great, pork was delicious, but the ramen egg had a very strong chemical taste, like it was possibly over-marinated. I love the complimentary prawn chips; it's a wonderful childhood nostalgia snack. Overall, the food was satisfying, delicious, and very filling.“

Vegetarian options: Masala dosa is my favorite. It’s like a potato pancake and gluten free. Then there is the chapati roll up with lots of cooked vegetables inside and a salad. The taste is indescribable, and some of the dishes, if requested, have a touch of Indian spices.

Dietary restrictions: I am happy that they have many gluten free options. Annam Brahma has only vegetarian food. The desserts are homemade.“

“All vegan except for fish, which is kept on a separate steam table. The food is all pre-made and kept hot on a steam table, so service is quick. The service is extremely friendly, and the workers are happy to explain the dishes to you. They are also knowledgeable about what is soy-free/spicy/etc. The medium plate was $16.50 and the food is so good that you will think about the meal months later. It was worth every penny. They use the same noodles in everything and the noodles are great. They are long, soft and chewy.

The jjajang sauce was very flavorful and mixed well with the noodles. Rating 8/10

The cream fried shrimp reminds me of walnut shrimp from Chinese restaurants. Shrimps are big. The frying is good. The sauce taste like mayo, honey and a bit of mustard. 8/10“
