Hibana Kosher Hibachi is a fantastic restaurant for celebrating special occasions, dates, or gatherings. The atmosphere is lively and fun, yet comfortable and friendly. The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The food is a highlight, featuring fresh and flavorful ingredients, skillfully prepared by expert chefs. Main dishes, including a tofu option for vegetarians, come with egg fried rice and seared veggies. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. High-quality ingredients, attention to detail, and entertainment from the chefs make Hibana Kosher Hibachi an outstanding dining experience.
The reviews praise the excellent food, especially the chicken and fresh fish, as well as the accommodating staff who cater to dietary needs. Customers also note the extensive menu knowledge provided by the staff. While the prices are described as a bit high, the overall experience is highly enjoyable, with a great ambiance and generous portions. Customers recommend the hanger steak and the salmon over rice. However, they caution about long wait times, especially on weekends, and suggest that the food may be more about the show than the culinary experience.
