“Delicious food, nice atmosphere, friendly service. It’s a great restaurant in The Five Towns but the place is understaffed. It’s definitely my favorite meat restaurant in the area. It’s nicely decorated but a little bit overpriced, if you ask me.“

“I placed a catering order and went to Island Park for pick up. I met, while there, Angie Chieffo. She and her staff were wonderful, helpful and in the Holiday spirit. Angie went above and beyond to assist me. I am a loyal customer and she is part of the reason why. Thanks again Angie!!!!“

“I’m just shy of 50 and this is my first time in LI while residing in NY my entire life. My gf and I came down from Saratoga last minute after our trip to Lauderdale was canceled. We thank Jimmy Hays, his awesome staff and friendly local regulars for their hospitality and overall friendliness. We sat at the bar, felt like I was home at my local favorite establishment. “Michael provided exceptional food service that made the entire experience stand out. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering detailed description and tailored recommendations.
Orders were taken promptly, food courses arrived well-time, hot and fresh, and drinks were kept refilled seamlessly throughout the meal. He even made us his signatured mocktail which was superb.
Michael’s professionalism, positive energy, and attention to detail was impeccable. Highly recommended anyone.“

“We came here around 4:00 PM and were surprised to be told there would be about a one-hour wait for a table for two without a reservation—even that early! 😄 Since we didn't want to wait, we decided to sit at the bar instead.
We ordered the salad, steak, cheeseburger, and chicken wings. The food was good, and we enjoyed everything we tried.
The staff were friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend making a reservation if you plan to dine during busy hours.“
