“The Hideaway Cafe is truly a hidden gem. I worked in the Verizon building across the street, and even though there is a cafeteria in the building, the Hideaway Cafe was my place of choice. The owners and employees are great people, and they work hard at providing excellent food, and darn good prices and portions. And if you love soups, they make all of them from scratch, and they're all delicious, but their Cream of Tomato soup is addictive, pair it with a Grilled cheese sandwich and you'll think you've gone to Heaven. There are many times I have even brought food to take home for dinner, rather than cook. LOL. Do yourself, and your tastebuds a favor, check out the Hideaway Cafe ASAP.“

“Small indoors area, also has open outdoors seating with heat lamps. Parking lot in the back.
Decided on the samplers: double play or triple play based on the number of proteins (limited to pulled chicken, pulled pork, bratwurst or chopped brisket (+$2); can't double up on same protein). Served on a tray which made it look sparse. Bbq meats were good for me, tasty and not salty (usually saltier for me at other places). Prefer brisket not chopped though.
Came with 2 sides (each serving was a bit small) and cornbread.“

“I finally got around to eating here a couple of weeks ago, and I’m mad that I waited so long. Their chicken pita is the best sandwich in town. The chicken salad sandwich is also outstanding. I’m not normally a fan of latte-type drinks, but the London Fog is delicious.“

“The bagels are “life changing” according to my gluten free family members - a cousin with gluten sensitivity and a brother with celiacs. Both have a standing request for everything bagels, bread and any dessert that looks good for every time we visit.“

“Came in today to the Roosevelt field store on the first floor. I recently bought my wife a verturo machine and my family members decided to gift us ideas off that purchase. I had to make an exchange and the manager was amazing. He was able to help in a very professional manner and made our day. I even enjoyed a delicious coffee.
