My husband and love this restaurant because the food is always consistently satisfying. “The Hideaway Cafe is truly a hidden gem. I worked in the Verizon building across the street, and even though there is a cafeteria in the building, the Hideaway Cafe was my place of choice. The owners and employees are great people, and they work hard at providing excellent food, and darn good prices and portions. And if you love soups, they make all of them from scratch, and they're all delicious, but their Cream of Tomato soup is addictive, pair it with a Grilled cheese sandwich and you'll think you've gone to Heaven. There are many times I have even brought food to take home for dinner, rather than cook. LOL. Do yourself, and your tastebuds a favor, check out the Hideaway Cafe ASAP.“

Decided on the samplers: double play or triple play based on the number of proteins (limited to pulled chicken, pulled pork, bratwurst or chopped brisket (+$2); can't double up on same protein). Served on a tray which made it look sparse. Bbq meats were good for me, tasty and not salty (usually saltier for me at other places). Prefer brisket not chopped though.
Came with 2 sides (each serving was a bit small) and cornbread.“

“I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael, a truly exceptional Nespresso employee. From the moment we walked in, his warmth and welcoming attitude made us feel like part of the Nespresso family. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we were fully informed.

Not only did he share great tips on how to make the most out of our coffee experience, but he also had a fantastic sense of humor, which made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. He offered us a delicious coffee sample that was absolutely delightful genuine customer care at its finest.

Michael went above and beyond by sharing a clever suggestion we never would have thought of such as storing certain seasonal or limited edition pods to ensure they last longer. We didn’t realize how easily we could enjoy these flavors at our own pace, and it was an incredibly valuable tip.

“So I had my wedding here at Seventh Street Cafe on July 6. I would say from jump street the service was absolutely amazing. The fact that Brooke worked with me and gave me such great ideas on a tight timeline was amazing! She suggested that I could have my ceremony and a luncheon and I liked that! Brooke answered every one of my questions and was always available and I loved that! She even went above and beyond and opened up earlier on the day of so my bridesmaids can help with set up and that is something I will remember. Even when me and my fiance came in and had an early dinner, the food was amazing! But anywho, even when she wasn't there, the staff was so accommodating and worked with me and let me know everything would be fine and gave me a clear idea of what the room looked like. So the day comes and when I saw the room ( I used the Victoria Room btw) I was floored! Everything was beautifully set up and like I said the staff was absolutely amazing! Everything went so smooth the transition from ceremony to luncheon was smooth and the food was absolutely amazing! I wish I could try everything from off that menu! My guests loved their food and raved about the setup! Seventh Street really did an amazing job on one of the most important days of my life! Thank you so so much!!!!! From the friendly staff to the organic smoothies, and etc all bring joy throughout my day. I always buy a drink from there on my way to work but my favorite has GOT to be the chicken and waffles. The crispy and tender texture of the chicken is beyond exhilarating!! Waffles are done at the perfect level where they are fluffy and delicious. I love eating from here and like I said I do plan on stopping. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SOME GOOD FOOD!!

“I LOVE this little place in Hewlett, I stop by once in awhile on a lunch break from where I work. They have a wide range of menu choices and everything that I've tried here I love. It's like Hewlett's little diner. I came here once with a guy I was briefly seeing after I had begun my divorce process. We ended up discontinuing seeing each other but we remained friends until he sadly died from covid. I like coming here sometimes because it helps me remember him, being in a spot where we once hung out for an hour. I've taken one of my friends here too she loves it. If you're in the area and it's open this is worth stopping in. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well which is very hard to find now.

Sobol at Bay Terrace has become my daily go-to spot for health-related food, especially smoothies. I can’t speak highly enough about this family-owned gem. Since taking over about 5 months ago, you can truly feel the passion and care they pour into every product and every interaction. The quality of their smoothies is consistently top-notch, with fresh ingredients that make every sip a treat.
