McDonald's provides a mix of experiences - exceptional cleanliness and customer service, but also some disappointments like stale buns and salty fries. The staff can vary, with great service from some and rudeness from others. However, the table service adds a nice touch, making it feel like a sit-down restaurant without extra costs. Overall, McDonald's offers good food and a pleasant dining environment.
The restaurant is described as the cleanest and nicest McDonald's customers have visited, with friendly employees. While the bathroom door was broken on one occasion, the dining experience was positive, with great table service and assistance even after finishing the meal. Customers appreciate the deals and rewards program available through the McDonald's app.
