The best sandwiches in the New Paltz area are to be found here. The avocado BLT on focaccia bread is sensationally good if messy to eat. The brie and ham is also excellent, and of course the beef brisket sandwich.
Always prepared with care and an extra surprise for the palate - the shredded carrot and purple cabbage on the chicken wrap, for example - or the incomparable bacon.
