there phone number does not work says all circuits busy for days 2x in week forgot items on order need my money back
Waited a few minutes in the drive thru for someone to take my order (I was the only car in the drive thru). Ordered a few things for my kids and myself. Get to the window and neither employee has anything close to a uniform on. No hats either. I get my food, go home and start eating. Only to find disgusting amounts of hair in not only my but my daughters burger as well. Will never go back.
Very pleasant and the food was delicious! All this even though they have poor working conditions in GENEVA NY. The employees are wearing coats because the heat hasn’t worked in days! Come on Wendy’s… you can do better! 🤞🏻
