“We had such a nice experience here today. We had just come from another place where the customer service was honestly nonexistent, so walking into Paris Baguette felt like a breath of fresh air. The young man at the register was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the person who made my iced strawberry matcha was also very nice. By the way, the drink was delicious! We left feeling really happy and appreciated as a customer. Sometimes great service goes unnoticed because everyone is rushing, so I wanted to take a moment to recognize these employees. I hope management sees this your team made our day a little brighter.“

“Such a lovely little Cafe with a wide assortment of pastries and cakes. I ordered their chocolate cake for pick-up and the service was great! The cake was delicious and my family loved it as well! It made for a wonderful birthday cake. The price is affordable in my opinion. The design is simple and elegant. Thanks to all the birthday celebrations done at my workplace is where I've gotten to know about Paris Baguette. Alot of reps that come to my medical office workplace also bring these pastries for the staff. I highly recommend 👌🏻 ☺️“

“Ice creams were delicious. Raspberry Rum Raisin, Grape-Nut, chocolate & their version of Cookie Monster flavors were great. Rich & creamy. Topping in the ice creams were overload, in a good way. My only 2 complaint is the older of the 2 young ladies kinds rushed us through the ordering process & wasn’t very friendly. The other young lady answered questions and definitely made me feel like I wanted to go back. 2nd no non-dairy alternatives for the lactose intolerant community. Overall 4/5 experience. Definitely an understated place. A must try.“

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“I absolutely love this bakery! the opera cake is absolutely delicious you have to try it and then the cloud cake. if you never had one I’d recommend trying their berry tart. I’d give it 5 stars but the service is pretty bad at this location.“

The contrast between the airy, crisp pastry and the luscious filling makes each bite irresistibly delightful, a perfect balance of texture of flaky puff, its layers crisped to perfection, encasing a rich and savory chicken filling. I’m not from the area decided to stop by to buy something since I’m visiting a friend and the stop was worth it. The person who took care of me took the time to explain each item and give me suggestions.“

“I and friends always enjoy a variety of pastries with our coffee/ tea whenever we have the time to get together.the place is clean and cozy, staff are nice and polite.“

“I got the blueberry yogurt cake. It tasted fresh and tasty. I am surprised by how perfect the balance is between the sweetness(not overly sweet like other cakes that could give cavities), the fruits, and the cake part.

The cake is topped with blueberries, and the inside has strawberries! A very pretty and beautiful cake that also tastes delicious.

“Called the other night to confirm the store hours, and a young gentleman named Joseph promptly answered the phone and gave me the information I was looking for. (The store is open 7am-10pm every day, apart from Christmas and New Year’s Day, when they are open 7am-8pm.)

I came in close to closing, and was greeted by a festive “PB” display! Couldn’t help but take a picture, it really adds to the holiday spirit! The tall, young cashier with the brown hat was efficient and friendly. The store was clean and the products were organized.

“Irene and Xavier provided AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed 2 cakes for 6am pick up and they accommodated my needs. I am truly grateful for them. I appreciate the top notch customer service. The cakes were the perfect gift for birthday dinner. Truly appreciate and good to know that people keep their word are still running these types of bakeries. “This place is on ground level so its definitely wheel chair accessible. There is a ramp in the back where parking is shared with Hmart. There is a guest bathroom. Get your own napkins. They used to have a water dispenser with cups, but they took that away probably because people abuse it. I see elderly people gathered here and probably spend all day. People with laptops too.“

“They make the best Haitian style cakes! I order for all my occasions! I have been a customer for several years and always satisfied! Still the best cakes, soups, limonade ever..Keep up the good work.“

“I am always looking for halal places to have breakfast as regular diners are just pancakes and waffles, no meat. This place was amazing. The food was so delicious and the portions large - extra large for the price. We have the waffles and chicken, the seasoned chicken with naan, the best diner French toast and chicken peri peri wrap. Super delicious.“

“Stopped by for a coffee, and ended up getting the biscoff slice of cake, chocolate cream bread and a matcha latte. The matcha latte was too milky, but the rest was amazing! They have a cute store in the back that sells books and accessories. They also have a restroom, but you need the bathroom code from the receipt to access it. The staff was really friendly and nice.“

“Good location with ample selection of pastries and a ton of cakes to choose from. Birthday cake comes with candles/knife and they make the cake fresh with new assembly of fruits and frosting. Overall, good location and way better than some of the other ones in the city.“
