Taste of Kerala Kitchen Reviews
First time I went there for lunch and ordered the Malabar mutton biryani. The mutton was undercooked and tasted horrible. When I complained, I didn’t get any proper response. I called again later, but they still didn’t respond appropriately. Sorry, but I will never go back.
Your suppose to be a South Indian Restaurant, yet when south indians celebrate Onam, which is a festival that is celebrated every year with festivities and traditional vegetarian food, you stopped doing take out and catering, until 6pm? You should be fully aware of the business, and you should be prepared to take on extreme ordering and have more than the usual.staff. Truly like the true south indian restaurants, you guys have no sense of understanding how this has worked yet?...read full review
Absolutely love their food. Wilson uncle is awesome. We always order from them for our events. Portions are huge esp when ordering by trays. Never been disappointed thus far. 💜

Taste of Kerala Kitchen offers authentic Keralan specialties with generous portions, making it a popular choice for flavorful South Indian food. Customers frequently recommend the malabar parotta, egg roast, and thoran, highlighting the well-seasoned and aromatic dishes. The restaurant features a buffet style, with all vegetarian Onam classics and special dishes like red fish with green mango curry, served at reasonable prices despite the variety and quality of food. The weekend buffet is known for its plentiful and well-refilled offerings, including chicken biryani, mutton (goat) biryani, and chilly chicken with parotha, accompanied by complimentary yogurt and amla pickle. While the restaurant has two large rooms with plenty of seating, some visitors noted that the ambiance and presentation could be improved, as one room had large delivery boxes on the floor. The staff are generally friendly, though there was a complaint about customer service from a particular staff member. The menu is partially halal, with chicken and goat dishes confirmed as halal, and all items in the weekend buffet are halal. Overall, Taste of Kerala Kitchen remains a place worth returning to for its flavorful dishes and authentic taste, despite some concerns about pricing and atmosphere.
